Not the most reliable platform for voting… things feel a little off. 👎🏻
stupid app, doesn't have an option for languages in its settings.. and requires users to have a contact number from SoKor. To the devs, you do realize that there are a lot of non korean Kpop stans that want to vote their idols on the Golden Disk Awards, right?!! USE YOUR BRAINS!
Hello, can you please look into why we are not receiving the verification codes immediately? The waiting time indicated is only 10 minutes, but even after waiting more than 10 minutes, no code is received in my Gmail accounts. Because of this delay, the verification codes expire before they even arrive. I have tried using three different devices, but I still cannot vote for the GDA Popularity Award due to the heavy traffic affecting the code delivery system.

This app is a scam. Someone made an account using my email address then when I tried to close my account I received an email that saying that I completed signing up!!
