If I could give negative stars I would. If you are staff and a parent this app kicks you out regularly causing both a professional and personal lack of communication. It logs you out randomly and then refuses to recognize your password. When you try ro reset password with reset password link it bring you to the dashboard asking for current password and refuses it there too not allowing you to set a new password. When you reach out via support you are told to go to your daycare admin.

terrible! it was good support sucks
App won't push notifications, after an hour on hold waiting for support, they said it's a known bug, sorry. Can't fix it.

Barely works. I can never log in and have you change the password often.
Don't rely on this app for communications with your school if you have an Android app. I have to use an apple device or login to the Web version to be able to see all communications. The company is clearly only interested in designing for iOS and not other operating systems for mobile even though it claims it does.
doesn't send notifications on s26 ultra
cannot upload photos to the app anymore, which is a problem as the teacher who needs to upload pics for parents to see. developer unresponsive via email. acts like I'm stupid in responses here - I've reinstalled 6 times since last week. edit: it has been weeks since I have been able to upload photos. not even the latest update has worked and they still have not returned my email despite their comment here to "investigate"
Constantly logs me out with no reason. Never accepts passwords and have to reset every time. Latest time won't even reset so now I'm logged out and have no way to reset... Great stuff, guys... telling people to log in to a desktop to reset a mobile app password? what is this? 2012? not a valid response. at least not a helpful one, and certainly doesnt do anything to help my rating. in fact, it would lower it, if possible. the apps inability to handle a basic request is a problem, not a feature

my original rating was 5 stars in 2021. Im updating to 1 star. they don't cater too smaller businesses like home daycares anymore. they only care about the big accounts. i have had an ongoing problem since february 27th today march 11 the problem persist. i'm on able to upload videos. i've spent hours on the phone trying to fix the problem. i've been told it was my devices even though i've tried three different devices. my account is not important because its a smaller account. after 5 years!

My daughter's preschool uses this app but honestly I'm not a fan It's always signing me out I can't use my fingerprint to sign in & I always have to change my password Now it won't even accept my new password stating can't restore password. I know for a fact I haven't used that as a password So frustrated by this app I wish they would use learning genie like my daughter's old preschool
deleting activities when teachers add them. signing kids out constantly.
