After a recent update on Oct 22, 2025, the app keeps crashing due to a bug. It will not open and immediately crashes instead. Please resolve this since, unlike other apps, this one carries the utmost importance and is essential for parents to stay connected with child(ren). Update 7/2/26: The app logged me out again and cannot log back in now matter how many times I correctly reset the password. Constant error msg: "Role selection and/or credentials did not match..." Uninstall did not help.

The app fails to stay signed in if you don't open it everyday. my wife and I alternate between who drops off or picks up our kid, so I'm constantly having to sign in and reset my password to use the app.

The app lacks a LOT of functionality. There's no existing option to generate weekly/monthly reports with activities done, on top of having to download photos manually 1 by 1.
App will not allow you to download pictures to your gallery. If you want to save any pictures, you have to text them to yourself or someone else and then save from there. Inefficient and ridiculous. AND - Every couple of weeks you have to sign back in to the app when you open it. Unnecessary and time consuming. Design flaws all over. Would not recommend this app and can't wait to uninstall this garbage app from my phone forever.

It logs you out randomly and then refuses to recognize your password. When you try ro reset password with reset password link it bring you to the dashboard asking for current password and refuses it there too not allowing you to set a new password. When you reach out via support you are told to go to your daycare admin.
I'd give zero stars if I could. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have changed my password. I have reached out to the child care provider. you guys won't do anything to help me.
logs you out daily and won't let you log in, password reset also doesn't work. have tried that and no luck for months ridiculous, fix your app!!!

App won't push notifications, after an hour on hold waiting for support, they said it's a known bug, sorry. Can't fix it.
Update: I have already done both of those things and they say they need you guys to fix it and you won't I haven't been able to log into it for months. I have reset my password nothing works.
Very frustrating that I have to login every time I want to use the app.
Not a fan of this software. Our daycare experiences frequent issues with Procare and not being able to log activities or provide updates. Please fix this!!! There's also some other annoyances with password resets (sometimes the emails are never received) and my login credentials are reset after Procare has a software update.

Every time my phone updates, Procare logs me out of the app, then doesn't recognize my password. When I go to reset my password, it takes multiple attempts to get a reset email sent. We've also been at two different centers that use the app and I can't seem to delete the old center from the app so I am sometimes directed to the old center and not where my child is currently enrolled. Truly a buggy mess. Right now I can't get in at all.
the daycare i work at uses this app. it consistently signs us out and glitches times on activities like the app just hope they fix this bug
Poor app design. can't download statements as pdfs.
I do love this app, but it constantly does not upload pictures correctly and now you can not send videos
All notifications all the time. You can't narrow the notifications down to just your room & your parents. It's all or nothing. And if the other rooms notifications are going crazy and I mute mine, then I don't hear when my students' parents message. I only want notifications from my students' parents. I'm sure every other teacher feels the same way.
My daughter's preschool uses this app but honestly I'm not a fan It's always signing me out I can't use my fingerprint to sign in & I always have to change my password Now it won't even accept my new password stating can't restore password. I know for a fact I haven't used that as a password So frustrated by this app I wish they would use learning genie like my daughter's old preschool
