I paid for the subscription because I need to connect to an IP address from my home country, and the free version always worked perfectly. However, with the subscription, the connection doesn't work. I tried it on different days and got the same results every time. I'm very disappointed. I would like a refund because I couldn't use it for the reason I paid for it

💫(RE-EDITED)Proton VPN INTENTIONALLY displays your TRUE IP ADDRESS on the splash screen to SCREENGRABBER MALWARE EVERY single time it reconnects to a new server. I think they may have a GOV AGENT in their org, bc why else wud they do that? To Proton: Are u NOT familiar w/ur OWN apps STARTUP "SPLASH SCREEN"?? It obviously displays the true IP, then obscures it with ASTERISKS! 👉 UPDATE to Proton: How DARE you call me a liar, when you KNOW I am correct! QUIT displaying our IP w/EACH reconnection!

The first time I was using it it was amazing my friend even thanked me for it My friend can easily play pubg But not even a week ago How much I try to connect it did not connect My uncle Literally spent one hour trying to connect And the only server it connects to is Canada and for me it's connects to Nowhere it does not even connect
vpn not connecting all the time, need to disconnect and connect quite a few times to eventually work, not recommended if you really want to be "invisible" as is not working properly all the time.
Terrible UX. I can't log in. Why is logging in so difficult?
This app is very bad. It doesn't let me sign up, and even the continue as guest option doesn't work properly.

I love the desktop experience but the mobile app turns itself off constantly for me. The price and speeds are good on premium. I'd have no complaints here if the service didn't constantly decide to turn itself off.
