This app never connects to my account. I have used it many times and I still can't redeem my $10 intro voucher. The Pass is way better.
The app freezes every time I open it. I can uninstall it and try to open it, sometimes this works, but only for one time. This means I have to install before I want to use it, then hope it opens when I get to the pub!

Too hard to work out the promos. I have to get a code every time I log in.
very poor app. difficult to navigate. can't see local comp past the 25th tipper. can't see which redemption offer is for which offer such as weekly, neat the boss, which round. some text is just far too small.
can't login since last updates, site (not my phone) fails authentication & simply sits there giving "wheel of death" & times out eventually - 'tech support' is a joke & considering it's their amateurish way of passing credentials thats the cause...you get the standard "have you updated your OS" response etc. Boycott & maybe they'll bother fixing what used to be a nice discount app.

what a useless app. logged me out and now wont accept any info. send verification code button doesnt work and recover account just says invalid action what a waste of time.......so how do i contact you? submit request says "access denied". verification does not send code. recover account says "bad request"
discounts and points don't work all the time. feels like a scam to make you spend more.

Unable to log in. App sends code to phone number and when I enter the code it reverts back to the log in screen.
Downloaded app Jan 2025, only able to use it once. Tried since June 2025, I forgot password, sends me on an eternal quest, rescue account, enter mobile ph no, verify with code sent to email, enter code, error message to code, if it does permit you to pass this step. Takes back to enter ph no for verificatio code. Re-enter mob no. Unable to proceed "that mob no. is already in use". I have uninstalled, reinstalled, turned on all permissions. Error message continues. Unable to proceed. Clunky,

Rip off, the advertised joining bonus never occurred, and support didn't address the issue. As a shareholder of Endeavour Group, Steve Donohue has a lot to answer for his incompetence in supporting this useless app and how ALH is abusing is application in its pubs.
very slow to log in the app
I downloaded the app and my phone started turning off and on constantly. It was non functional. I had to rush to delete the app in between it restarting. As soon as it was uninstalled my phone was fixed. I wouldn't risk installing this app.
Don't waste your time, most annoying app to even try logging into. Have now uninstalled it.
Installed the app, unable to login, verified email, raised an issue and they seem in no hurry to fix it. Not going to bother with an app if thid is the support I receive.
$10 sign up is a con.
gets stuck in loops for verification and customer service is non existent. lucky it doesn't matter or influence destinations otherwise they'd be losing business
I've recently used the app while ordering from the table. Each time I've done this, I've not earned any points, yet been asked to link the order to my account. It seems the only way is to have a staff member physically scan your app each time. Waste of time really, don't get any rewards for using the app when ordering. Further to this, use the app and scan a table qr code to order meals, and still don't get any acknowledgement of using the app. Seems only good for drinking and gambling.
won't load on tablet so have it a miss
Just as expected, a fully digital app with no helpline or instant support/cgat when something goes wrong. A few of us having issues signing in today 20.10.2025 at the venue. Only way to get in touch with support is via an online form and reply could take days. App is a great idea but implementation and end user support terrible.
updated my app, team benefits unlinked, why do I even bother with the entire Woolworths company and affiliates?

massive problems with app. can't get in, they send you a code, I put it in and it sends you back to the beginning. happens to lots of people I know. I have literally spent hours trying to sign in
I would use this app more often if I could just tap on and not have to do anything else.
Hasn't worked for months. Was able to log in initially but since I have been logged out I'm now unable to log in again, get the SMS code and then a spinning wheel of death. Beginning to think the app has been abandoned.

It not easy for me to use I'm not very good at using the Internet or App's! Specially if I have to do two things at once! Like logging in every time I go to the club. 🤔😕👎
very slow often difficult to open. Not generous in rewards
I go to multiple pubs in my area. Only 1 of the 7 is available for the app. I find it NOT user friendly to navigate and just in general to use is a mission. The points earned is not an incentive as it gets you very little in return. I have uninstalled it.
Hasn't got a single pub from Tamworth listed.
The experience of having to login again and again is extremely frustrating, as it usually happens when I line up at the bar. Monty's app was far easier to use and I cooked just take a screenshot of the barcode to make my life simpler.
great idea in theory, but I keep getting locked out, even after I enter the code I've been sent
mixed results using app, sometimes would show all the deals advertised on the app, sometimes all the deals would vanish once the qr code was used and logged in. last time I used it, I didn't even get everything in order, manager stated they never got the docket. they looked at us like we were stealing and in the end didn't even get everything we ordered, theft. kids deal comes with a free drink, bad management to question if we ordered a kids drink ugh
