Horrible app. it's very slow and lags when you try to get access to the building you're better off using a key and punching in your code manually.currently errors out saying "not accepting new payment method" so can't pay my bill. but I'm still getting overdue alerts ,and will be charged late fees!!! WTH? When you call you can't make a payment over the phone and have to go to the office. what happens if you travel for work??? This is a mess
I've had this app for about a year and maybe 1 or 2 months I've actually got it to work and been able to pay online. absolutely terrible but what do you expect from public storage.
I don't like the in-app purchases. I am just there to pay my bill.
The app logged me out, and now just gives me an error when I try. i can log into the website just fine, but that doesn't open the gate for me. And the gate code I've been given just doesn't work. If you can't get the technology to work, why even bother? I have to unload my fully packed car now. so thanks... 🙃
Worked exactly ONCE! Reserved a space and got in. Then, the app logged me out (while in the facility, thankfully someone else was there to help us). And it won't let me log back in. I even changed my password & it still won't let me log back in
Latest update logged me out, and won't let me log in or reset password. The app was already a pos before, now it doesn't even work.

So who permitted this app to install other apps on my phone? Not me. shady behavior. Something is wrong with this app. It disonnects the bluetooth of my phone and car, wipes those connections between devices whenever I visit, so I have to set them up again when I leave. This shouldn't even be possible.
it is 7:48 Friday the 28th. at 8:00 a.m. my storage space goes up for auction they call me when I can answer when I call they didn't answer. now I'm able to make the payment last minute. it says error and my account can be found the abscess open at 6:00 a.m. hoping to speak to somebody. and there's no answer. I do see a message with the lien date. but not one message tells me when my stuff's going to go for auction. I've been paying the storage for over a year. that is everything that I own.
it doesn't load half the time
App sucks. Freezes, won’t open and takes too much of my time. This matter needs to have a simple passsetting for the gate.
do not set up auto pay, the app will charge you twice, the app contains to many bugs.
I got my stuff out if here! I only had my stuff in there for a year and they kept going up on the price until it twice the original price!
purse stolen, had to replace all my cards and drivers license number also. Now while trying to change payment information, of course my DL Number is different, so agent says go to Drivers License place and get old number, so I suggest she let's me make payment, sure that will be $10!!! First off it takes forever at Motor Vehicle and how am I going to pay $10 to PAY THEM? REDICULOUS. I'm older than dirt and don't know how to get on the app and unfortunately have no one to show me how.

This app is impossible. I attempted every possible way to both sign in, and create an account, with the information I used to rent a unit. The irony is that I receive messages on my phone with the same number I tried on this app.
We will never consider renting a storage unit from this company as long as their management team includes individuals like Nikki. She is persistently causing inconvenience to me and my wife. We always pay our bills on time and even pay extra to access our unit after hours. However, she seems to misinterpret our activities, suggesting we live in our storage unit, which is far from the truth. We use the unit for our overflow business. Absolute worst service ever from the glitchy app that makes it impossible to pay online so, you have to waste gas and drive all the way to your location only to find that nobody is on duty! Then you get charged late fees. They also charge an extra $25 a month mandatory insurance and the insurance is only good for $5000 another scam. Then, when you are finally able to meet with the local manager. They claim that they can't take credit, debit or cash payment. You have to buy a money order. 👎👎👎
The app glitches, and if you are not careful it will rip you off by charging extra fees for services that are not readily available. The customer service rep can be rude when calling them for refund or to cancel the service on the app.
Do updates automatically make the app unusable or was that the original design.
app doesn't work half the time I go to use it. I have to go through emails to find me 8 digit gate code because the app will neither show my code or open the gate. Usually once I'm inside, and I'm sitting in front of the keypad writing this, waiting to get out
The app rarely works. Constantly erroring and telling me I'm not entering the correct password. Try to change the password and the app doesn't work there either. Then guess what? Can't log in to make a payment, so they hit you with late charges.

I've already accepted the user agreement. Why is the app trying to make me accept it over and over again every time I open the app? And last week. you app said I owed 164, and I paid that. This week it says I owe another $16. Fine. but charge the right amount the first time. Get your house in order.

I get a call say that she email her boss to see what they can do because I am piss because my rent has went up three time in a year and a half. it's been a month and I still habe not heard anything from the lady that work at the storage in Moore. So like I said before all they are trying to do is raise my rent up so I can not pay for it so they can get more money out of it. And when that day happen I will be going to court to sue them because they will just raise my rent up again and again.

1) EVERY MONTH the app says I need to install an updated version. I install it and use it, and the next month it says the same thing. 2) In the previous version, I could select and pay for my 2 units all at once. Now, I have to select and pay for one, exit, and then select and pay for the second. Why make it so difficult?
it wants you to update monthly. Makes no sense.
WE GOT SCAMMED so I was seeing that THEY SOLD OUR STUFF TO A HIGH BIDDERS AND IT WAS A LOT A MONEY TO PAY IT WE WANT A REFUND

ive been renting for 5 yrs now and all they do is rip ya off , up your rent and don't stop. pay more for a 10x20 then I would anywhere else in the world. way more like over $300 +. this is bs.. Mn public storage suks

on the website it says you're most recently looked at unit was a 10 by15 I haven't looked at a unit since I moved into the one I'm paying on can you get information correct because anybody can look at that and accuse me of lying I have enough problems thank you. and now this stupid app won't let me send my rating with one star huh.
