This app is garbage. You log in, spen all your time shopping, then get to checkout. Well, if logging in isn't enough they want to send a number to your email to verify it's ok to give them money. So you have to exit and go to your email to get this number. Here's the kicker, when you go back to publix, it resets because you left and now you have to get another number sent rinse and repeat. I felt like I was doing one of those how to keep an idiot busy games. Just going in circles. What a joke.
More than once I have placed an order for pickup for deli and it has just completely disappeared and then I'm standing there like a fool and they're looking at me like I don't know what I'm talking about, when I distinctly remember placing it for time and the location and hitting confirm, after the first time I thought I was nuts too so I am very certain of what I'm doing, the orders just disappear

This app has become absolute garbage, it won't even find my location
It was great until they removed the BOGOS button/ filter. Response to Lily: it used to appear on the main page, with the "subs & more", "deli meat ", "deli cheese" "cakes" and "platters". It's been replaced by a "chicken platters" image and link. I finally found the BOGOS under the savings tab at the bottom but I don't like the extra steps needed to access it.
love the store, app does not work. app just sits and won't load shopping lists. useless
not enough vegan and vegetarian options. The perks are not enough nor is the coupons to save anything. Nothing is beneficial to save on items I need. too many pet and household coupons.

this app does not work and I'm deleting it because yall can afford to have a properly working app
this app has not been functioning properly for months, despite uninstalling, rwinstalling, contacting customer service, etc. notifications sent don't open, and for at least a week, nothing will display but an error message. Edit/response...I've already contacted Publix, provided all info and screenshots. the rwsponse is a canned email thanking me for my "trust in beinging this matter to their attention". Judging from so many reviews with same issues, Publix has no intention of fixing anything
App sucks won't work or show weekly ad or subs to order... Uninstalled reinstalled then recheck it again gave all permissions... Still nothing. Took screenshot. It's not me it's like this on all my devices.. It's the app.

Trying to add my cellphone and my wifes cellphone to the site/app.
cannot connect to instacart in app because screen will not scroll down. deliveries, which is the reason why we downloaded the app, are impossible without it.
