At least this App is finally not dropping the my account. But I have an Android phone and I can't access my past purchases, after months I and now being told that they are working on a fix for Android phones. this is taking months!!
this was a good app when I first got it but whoever's making changes there has certainly ruined it Publix pay was a big convenience now if you have a gift card it's like a learning experience. and it's quite a nuisance to have to keep signing in over and over again every time you use the app
What happened to the product list when I view an in-store receipt. The items shown are greyed out and cannot be tapped on to add to my list or add to my favorites. This issue only started happening recently. I have a Galaxy S25. When this issue is resolved, I will raise my rating to 4 stars. I can't give it 5 stars because it doesn't have biometric login. Please reply. Thank you.
on Friday I ordered my grocery true Publix through their third party which public still with. The driver she was lost for three and a half hours I even paid extra to expedite my delivery the next thing we found out she was three and a half hours and she was taking it to the different place this is the second time happened to me I tried to call them and speak to them no respond obviously. I never had that problem with the whole food

App does not show where product is located. Other stores show exact location of items. Also app lists items that are no longer offered.
I have to uninstall and reinstall this app to properly use it. I can't even just log out and log back in. I've reached out for technical help, and they were useless. Yes, my number is in my profile. ALL of my info is in my profile. After one use, I'm not logged out, but the app acts as though I am. It's thoroughly frustrating!
Back to check it out again. Well it worked okay except for one thing. Like others have stated there are no prices shown in the main search except for limited time sales. One must go to the store instead. Unless you use instacart best to just go to a local place to get minor items than gamble your time and money.
love that Publix listened to my last review! Now I have a different problem and it's worse. went to clip coupons and app said I need phone number in account setup. I've been using app for years & phone # was always there. I see all info is still listed there but it's not letting me clip a fee coupons.
Does not function, even after removing and reinstalling. Could be due to either VPN or location setting turned off, but neither of those should impact this app based on its permissions.
app will not load pr let me clip coupons loads my account but not coupons. Nothing but technical issues withbtheir horrible website. Continuous problems. They need a new web designer...very user unfriendly
I do not want the app and do not use it because I haven't been able to get the weekly ads to open so I have almost stopped shopping there. I need to see the groceries that are in the add, prices are extremely important to me as my only income is Social Security since I have retired. Please resolve my problem.

Used the app weekly until they got rid of the option of paying in-store with the app. Now I hardly use the app at all, will likely uninstall.

I have not been able to view any of the deals on the app. it goes through a never ending loading screen. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app but continue to have the same issue. loved the app before the issue started but it's been months now.
can't get code with out loosing email I'm working with. it needs to be sent to my phone.
The app was working great, but in the last few months, it doesn't add items to my list when I click the add button. It acts like it does but then the item doesn't show in my list. I'll change my rating if the problems are fixed.

No longer works with older phones & Android versions. Uninstalled - can't use it any more. The app was ok when I could use it but it never showed my in-store purchases. Item images were too small & some you couldn't zoom in on. Searching was hit or miss. BOGO sales were good & some in-house items were comparable but yes, it is the more expensive of grocery options. They do/did have a good bakery & deli. Poor corporate policies so no longer feel comfortable shopping there unless in a pinch.
Search feature is the worst I've ever experienced, even when you type in most of the name of something you still have to scroll down through 10-20 items before you have a chance of seeing what your looking for. I do love the list feature which tells you what isle your item is in, its just getting it on my list is the horrible part. Please Fix!
04/25/26 UPDATE. RUINED THE APP AGAIN! WHY IS THE PRODUCT LIST ON PREVIOUS IN STORE PURCHASES GRAYED OUT? I don't understand how this app went from being terrific to just being nothing but a stupid list that you create with no other good things to say. It was working fine and you guys ruined it again.
My app recently stopped working. It doesn't load coupons or the BOGO ads. It just spins like it's thinking about loading. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but no luck.
Sends me notifications just fine, but app doesn't open half of the time.
I cannot depend on this app.It frequently fails to pay through the app at checkout, additionally it will not let me clip coupons on the phone, It informs me I have to have my phone number on my account, which I have gone through that process multiple times. I like the app when it works but find it to be an irritation.
Doesn't NOT give prices in the app. Won't use this app again.not helpful.
I love being able to build a shopping list. However, recently the search has become virtually unusable. For example, I just searched for grape juice. The first results were all orange juice. I scrolled through dozens of results and there was not a single grape juice product listed. Same for plantain chips. The entire list was potato chips or tortilla chips. I don't know what happened to the app but the quality has declined significantly.
Prices are getting ridiculous!
The store locater rarely works.
