Not doing much to give me confidence in your app... and the premium price has gone up by $20 dollars to $65 but you don't indicate whether that is an annual, quarterly or monthly cost. If it's monthly you are ripping off your customers since the app isn't working properly.

Can't use the app. Every time I try to log in I get a screen that says "Authentication, You are not authenticated" and "Authorization, you are not authorized to access this resource"
Have to pay to use! This could be an interesting idea, but I am really turned-off that you have to pay a monthly fee to use the app. The thing doesn't work without paying to use that app!
unable to log in after last update, April 1st saying, check network Wi-Fi settings. It will not connect with the server.And I do have mobile n wifi on
WARNING! Started without me! I bought this device, and they started my free trial before I had even installed the app. My free trial ended before I had even opened the product. Customer service told me it starts when I ordered it! Otherwise it seems like an ok product. I don't understand why they do this scam behavior on the premium version. I don't know where else to complain and to warm people.
My Pulsetto device stopped working following the March 11, 2026 update. It will turn on, but it will not pulsate. Device would not allow firmware update. I'm very displeased.

used to work all the time but it is not connecting anymore. My phone is fine and even after an uninstall and reinstall of the app, connections aren't happening. This issue occurred last month and an uninstall reinstall fixed it but it isn't now. looking for alternatives.
Update (3/22/26): Worked pretty consistently for approx 6 months after too many issues last summer, now it won't connect again. Followed all the tips re. the app, phone and device. It has a green light on but "device not found."
They force you into a $50 a month subscription. Do not Buy Pulsetto or any of their equipment, they are fundamentally dishonest.
the app fine the tech absolute garbage. I have been through 3 2 I bought; all of them the casing was annoyingly fragile. One was so freaking bad it started shocking me you are better off getting a different brand
can't log in anymore. I try signing up and it says my email is in use it try sending a reset and it says you can't reset something you use with Google. I click Google to log in and it just keeps loading and never logs me in so my pulsetto is effectively an expensive useless paperweight. I'm pissed as hell. I tried resetting the app and my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling it and still the same problem persists. don't recommend at all because of this. I've only had this for 6 months too!!!!

Product is mid at best. However, customer service is totally incompetent. I don't know what they are doing but it took forever for my package to ship, took nearly a month to receive it. I was still charged even with the monthly subscription being cancelled weeks before. So I decided to return the product aswell. Got my subscription refund after numerous emails. Then had to wait 14 days after the product had returned been returned to their warehouse. Just to get the wrong amount returned to me!
🪫 Although I purchased my device recently, the app frequently crashes and keeps disconnecting from Pulsetto during sessions, completely ruining the experience. If I could get my money back, I would, but I bought it abroad. The firmware needs to be updated to make the devices more independent from the app, so the app serves more as a monitoring system rather than a control one. I hope they fix the sudden Bluetooth disconnection issues someday.
App keeps kicking me out and then won't let me log back in, effectively turning my $250 device into a useless piece of plastic. I suspect there are server issues involved, which is the absolute worst excuse for poor app performance. I get good results when I use the device but will probably end up returning it because the app is such an issue.
The app is fine, but I think this product is a scam. I bought this for my POTS and all it did was make my neck twitch uncomfortably for a few days after using it as instructed. Not to mention how much you are charged for this product. Not only is it like $200 for the device, but an extra $15 a month that I didn't even know I was being charged for, for a year. The device will not work if you don't have some fancy subscription. It seems to me that Pulsetto is preying upon those with disabilities.
App signed me out. Not able to sign in; it is showing a loading screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I was able to sign in, then it crashed. I did this several times to no avail. Now im stressed needing a session and I cant use my Pulsetto. Disappointed.
we spent $300 on this device and when it works it is very helpful for anxiety and pain. The app encourages daily use, but in the 2 months that I have owned it, this app has failed to load multiple times. I feel ripped off, and it seems like a ploy to force you to pay the $18 a month premium for better service. It's disgusting and exploitative coming from a company that claims to help people with depression and anxiety.
I love this device, but it is frustrating how often the app doesn't work.
Had this $300 device (not counting $40 app subscription) for three days and now their servers are down, rendering it useless. Sounds like this is a regular occurrence. Good thing Amazon has a 30 day return policy.
Update: Several more days of the app not functioning rendering the device useless!useless! want it to work, I need it to work but it is unreliable. The device requires app to run and app doesn't work...AGAIN! The device is pointless if the app is not working. Not the first time this has happened and I am sure it won't be the last. I would never get a device that requires an app to function again. I regret this device. Yes it helps when it works, but when I need it, I can't count on the app.
I purchased device on 1/30, didn't receive it until after 2/10. it's now 2/26 and I cannot use the device because the app won't even allow me to log in.
An app meant to reduce stress shouldn’t be this stressful. Why do I have to log in just to use a device I already own? Requiring an account creates unnecessary friction. Worse, server-side issues have blocked access when I actually needed it. For a product focused on stress relief, reliability and offline access should be basic features. Right now, it adds more stress than it removes.

Just spent hundreds on a device that is locked to this app, but the app won't even let me create an account. Seriously underwhelming first impression. I'll update this review if I can get the device to work. EDIT: Just got an account confirmation email, but the link to activate the account results in an error in Gmail and every browser I've tried. Logging in with Google and Apple accounts results in a loading screen, followed by return to the login screen. This app is not functional.

We paid $300 for the device as recommended by my sons chiropractor. My son, who has seizures relies on the device and app to work for his vagus nerve stimulation. The device doesn't link up half the time with the app on 4 android phones that the app is on and we have to go through each one daily to see which phone it will link up to. This is nuts! The device should have its very own controls and buttons not a damn app on a device. We have reinstalled, checked for updates etc. Pissed off!
The App took itself off my home screen and I can't get it back on my phone home screen I have to use another phone to use the device very disappointed with the app.
When we first got the Pulsetto, a couple months ago the app worked great, but now it has stopped working entirely. It never wants to let us log in. We paid far too much money for the device and membership for the app to lock us out, where we can't even use the device. Frustrating is an understatement.
Frustrating as periodically when opening the app I get, Loading..... but won't load and cant use the app. then the next morning it's fine.
they keep taking the app offline the pulsetto is a paperweight without the app, 2-9 app not working again(there really be some sort of offline mode at least 1)

everything was great until today Feb 2, my app would not open. had to uninstall, restart phone, re-install, change password and FINALLY IT OPENED....but no record of the days ive used it till now....ADVICE??
It would be awesome if setting Reminder times would be in the settings. Right now, you have to wait for the option to po up after a session, which is crazy. Reminder times are way off since the app was updated recently. It seems like they are using the incorrect time zone for your location. All of my reminders come overnight, not during the daytime hours they are set for.
This is the worst app that I've ever been forced to use. It's required for the device to work and it's down so often that the device is useless a ridiculous amount of the time. If you're on the fence just avoid this and pay more for a device that runs locally from a better company When working, the app is also complete garbage. Visual clutter and unpredictable behavior are the kindest descriptors I can think of The device itself is pretty good but the app is genuinely a deal breaker
really poor recent update. the auto repeat feature is annoying. drains your battery in the background. updates have came and went and still not sorted. textbook answers don't fix things. update to review , now after every single session , you get annoying prompts to , schedule sessions , leave feedback back blah blah blah so annoying. getting worse with every app update. time to look for another Vegas nerve service.

I created a great meditation habit using this app. Over a 1 1\2 year using it, it was so frustrating because often their service was down, can't log in. occasionally they would apologize but most of the time they pretended nothing was wrong. My Calm meditation app works without flaw. but what ended my usage of pulsetto was the poor quality device breaking and no longer holds appropriate pressure on my neck. they had so much going for them but profit priorities outweighed quality service.

This app gets really annoying when you hit done after your session ends and every single time it asks you if you'd like to schedule even though if you have already have things scheduled and asks to rate the app every single time and leave a comment and even if I don't leave a comment done It'll ask me again and again and I decided to rate it one star in the app and try to leave my comment book before and try to leave my comment book before i can it starts up another round even though I press don
There is no way to use this without the app and it needs your location each time. Immediately after ordering this I got a call from the company pushing add-ons. If you have anxiety, a pushy sales rep phone call doesn't help. I want to be able to use this thing without my phone, without it tracking my GPS location. That is not helpful. If I can figure out how to use it without my phone or GPS I'll keep it, otherwise I'm returning it.
when the app works it's great...when it doesn't it turns the unit into an over priced night light. multiple time the app randomly acts like you need to sign in, but it wont allow you to sign in like a failed connection. Reboot phone.. no luck...come back the next day no problem at all. if you are are going to force people to sign in to use the unit you need to make the app reliable...
The app (not the the product) is really quite poor. It logs you out and loses your progress. it keeps resetting and inviting me to its "Welcome" programme. My premium subscription disappeared and I had to contact support for them to manually reinstate it because "their system doesn't have a way of seeing subscriptions". The app really lets this product down.
the app isn't so good. I have a busy life and its doesn't always load. When I want to use my pulsetto the app isnt always ready. Disappointed.

The 3 day trial is USELESS because the achievement box at the top blocks the X to close the window on the pop-up ad to get 75% off. I can't TRY any advanced features in this very short 3 day time window because you won't make the achievement box (which I care nothing about) go away or to be disabled, so I cannot go past the popup ad to even TRY the advanced features. Screw that! I guess you don't want my money because I'm not putting up with such poor planning. This gave me MORE STRESS!
