Not doing much to give me confidence in your app... and the premium price has gone up by $20 dollars to $65 but you don't indicate whether that is an annual, quarterly or monthly cost. If it's monthly you are ripping off your customers since the app isn't working properly.

Customer service told me it starts when I ordered it! Otherwise it seems like an ok product. I don't understand why they do this scam behavior on the premium version. can't log in anymore. I try signing up and it says my email is in use it try sending a reset and it says you can't reset something you use with Google. I click Google to log in and it just keeps loading and never logs me in so my pulsetto is effectively an expensive useless paperweight. I'm pissed as hell. I tried resetting the app and my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling it and still the same problem persists. don't recommend at all because of this. I've only had this for 6 months too!!!!

Product is mid at best. However, customer service is totally incompetent. I don't know what they are doing but it took forever for my package to ship, took nearly a month to receive it. I was still charged even with the monthly subscription being cancelled weeks before. So I decided to return the product aswell. Got my subscription refund after numerous emails. Then had to wait 14 days after the product had returned been returned to their warehouse. Just to get the wrong amount returned to me!

🪫 Although I purchased my device recently, the app frequently crashes and keeps disconnecting from Pulsetto during sessions, completely ruining the experience. If I could get my money back, I would, but I bought it abroad. The firmware needs to be updated to make the devices more independent from the app, so the app serves more as a monitoring system rather than a control one. I hope they fix the sudden Bluetooth disconnection issues someday.

The app is fine, but I think this product is a scam. I bought this for my POTS and all it did was make my neck twitch uncomfortably for a few days after using it as instructed. Not to mention how much you are charged for this product. Not only is it like $200 for the device, but an extra $15 a month that I didn't even know I was being charged for, for a year. The device will not work if you don't have some fancy subscription. It seems to me that Pulsetto is preying upon those with disabilities.

The app encourages daily use, but in the 2 months that I have owned it, this app has failed to load multiple times. I feel ripped off, and it seems like a ploy to force you to pay the $18 a month premium for better service. It's disgusting and exploitative coming from a company that claims to help people with depression and anxiety.

An app meant to reduce stress shouldn’t be this stressful. Why do I have to log in just to use a device I already own? Requiring an account creates unnecessary friction. Worse, server-side issues have blocked access when I actually needed it. For a product focused on stress relief, reliability and offline access should be basic features. Right now, it adds more stress than it removes.

I'll update this review if I can get the device to work. EDIT: Just got an account confirmation email, but the link to activate the account results in an error in Gmail and every browser I've tried. Logging in with Google and Apple accounts results in a loading screen, followed by return to the login screen. This app is not functional.

We paid $300 for the device as recommended by my sons chiropractor. My son, who has seizures relies on the device and app to work for his vagus nerve stimulation. The device doesn't link up half the time with the app on 4 android phones that the app is on and we have to go through each one daily to see which phone it will link up to. This is nuts! The device should have its very own controls and buttons not a damn app on a device. We have reinstalled, checked for updates etc. Pissed off!

It would be awesome if setting Reminder times would be in the settings. Right now, you have to wait for the option to po up after a session, which is crazy. Reminder times are way off since the app was updated recently. It seems like they are using the incorrect time zone for your location. All of my reminders come overnight, not during the daytime hours they are set for.

If you're on the fence just avoid this and pay more for a device that runs locally from a better company When working, the app is also complete garbage. My Calm meditation app works without flaw. but what ended my usage of pulsetto was the poor quality device breaking and no longer holds appropriate pressure on my neck. they had so much going for them but profit priorities outweighed quality service.

There is no way to use this without the app and it needs your location each time. Immediately after ordering this I got a call from the company pushing add-ons. If you have anxiety, a pushy sales rep phone call doesn't help. I want to be able to use this thing without my phone, without it tracking my GPS location. That is not helpful. The 3 day trial is USELESS because the achievement box at the top blocks the X to close the window on the pop-up ad to get 75% off. I can't TRY any advanced features in this very short 3 day time window because you won't make the achievement box (which I care nothing about) go away or to be disabled, so I cannot go past the popup ad to even TRY the advanced features. Screw that! I guess you don't want my money because I'm not putting up with such poor planning. This gave me MORE STRESS!
