App costs $100 a year and the setup is so broken that I can't get started because it requires me to watch a video to learn how to rub gel on my skin and the video breaks and restarts. Do NOT waste money on this scam.

1 star until the developers allow local Bluetooth control without Internet connection, so far they're not listening you cannot login without Internet connection. a feature that is clearly necessary, is to allow local Bluetooth control of the device without needing to be logged into the account, just in case there's either a login issue or no access to the Internet. this is ridiculous to be locked out of using the device
it was working...for a while. and it was actually helping too. then all of a sudden it got some update and stopped actually doing anything. it can't even load to the home page on the app. Just a forever loading screen. when it did work, however briefly, between its many loading hiatuses...it wouldn't sync to the actually pulsetto device AND started charging for a service that was free literally yesterday. I don't know what happened but now I guess I'll be finding a new device to help out. l
the app doesn't even work to get a login set up yet you charge a high price for device but can't afford a dev time to actually make your app functional? Make it make sense. Fix the app so I can actually use the device or I'm just going to return it since I can't actually use said product. Ridiculous.
used to be great but cannot even login after the most recent updates. Edit: fixed by the next morning. 6/8: app quit working
I am unable to use the device due to app uses far too often. it definitely does not help the stress levels when you spend $$$$ on a device to help your stress levels only to find you cannot use it because of app glitches. My advice would be to not waste your money. I may be seeking a refund since the product simply won't work without a working app - and the app is very unreliable.

Doesn't work! Just says loading. A pulsetto costs way too much for this to be a thing. Not the first time either. At this time, I'm not sure I would advise anyone to get a Pulsetto device.

I tried pairing Bluetooth without the app and it said the device rejected it. I tried it in Airplane mode. Nope. Update: works again. UPDATE 2: Won't load.
I like the device but the app experience is abysmal. Stuck on the loading screen, sometimes I don't even get the loading circle. I've cleared cache and often need to reset my device. Now I can't repeat the stimulation, just Done and the Congrats 1/2 done screen once I try again.

Worked perfectly but now either won't open or you get to the session and hitting start doesn't start it at all. No warning and no error code, it just stopped working entirely edit: worked again for a day now doesn't work again, go figure. doesn't seem to work anymore during the night which is when I need it most.

The device is great... but the app is trash. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, cleared data and it STILL just stays on the loading screen when I try to log in. I'm on the verge of requesting a full refund and sending this back. Very frustrating.
As others have said, the device being app-dependant is a huge downside. twice now in the last week the app won't open, and just spins on the loading screen. Until the app decides to work, I just have to sit here with $300 piece of plastic and gel on my neck.

you have to pay a huge monthly fee to use all aspects of the device. App doesn't always work. Device is expensive but not entirely sure it even works. Pulsetto, work on your app so it is more reliable. It's really annoying how unreliable it is. For something this expensive, there shouldn't be so many issues.
App endlessly spins loading message. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Restarted phone several times. Attempted to log in and create new sign on. Same result. I enjoyed using this product for a few weeks and was hoping i was making progress, now it is an expensive paperweight.
App requires different login details to the website. It often can't recognise the device. This happened even the very first time I wanted to try Pulsetto. I would've been fine with a subscription if it offered reliable, tangible value. It doesn't. It looks like the entire commercial offer was drawn up by ChatGPT with no real market understanding. Biggest red flag was the returns process. Supposed to be straightforward, but they make it very difficult. Overall super disappointed in the company.

So many things went wrong. First it auto subscribes you. Absolutely not. went immediately in and unsubscribed. Second, it popped up after 4 minutes of use and asked if I loved the app. Way too soon to tell so that was annoying. Now the app won't even open. just sure and spins. oh, and the charger they sent is broken. Also, what is up with all the ridiculous sales ads. Hurry, buy now! it's on sale! Makes it seem like a huge scam. Guess they really want bad reviews and another return.

Here again to ask if you coukd please fix the notifications. I am still receiving evening notifications in the morning and vice versa, and sometimes I get both morning and evening reminders at same time. It's been 2 months. Not doing much to give me confidence in your app... and the premium price has gone up by $20 dollars to $65 but you don't indicate whether that is an annual, quarterly or monthly cost. If it's monthly you are ripping off your customers since the app isn't working properly.
this app will sign you up for premium, whether you agree to it or not. I thought that by closing out of the "click here to choose your subscription" wouldn't charge me, but it still automatically signed me up for quarterly payments. App and website is very scammy
Can't use the app. Every time I try to log in I get a screen that says "Authentication, You are not authenticated" and "Authorization, you are not authorized to access this resource"

WARNING! Started without me! I bought this device, and they started my free trial before I had even installed the app. My free trial ended before I had even opened the product. Customer service told me it starts when I ordered it! Otherwise it seems like an ok product. I don't understand why they do this scam behavior on the premium version. I don't know where else to complain and to warm people.
My Pulsetto device stopped working following the March 11, 2026 update. It will turn on, but it will not pulsate. Device would not allow firmware update. I'm very displeased.
i keep getting notifications that app keeps crashing
used to work all the time but it is not connecting anymore. My phone is fine and even after an uninstall and reinstall of the app, connections aren't happening. This issue occurred last month and an uninstall reinstall fixed it but it isn't now. looking for alternatives.
Update (3/22/26): Worked pretty consistently for approx 6 months after too many issues last summer, now it won't connect again. Followed all the tips re. the app, phone and device. It has a green light on but "device not found."
They force you into a $50 a month subscription. Do not Buy Pulsetto or any of their equipment, they are fundamentally dishonest.
the app fine the tech absolute garbage. I have been through 3 2 I bought; all of them the casing was annoyingly fragile. One was so freaking bad it started shocking me you are better off getting a different brand
it was working fine on my pixel 9 pro until today. suddenly I can't even get in which makes the pulsetto dead weight.
