when I got the app I made my account and had it for over a week and I didn't get a single request so I deleted and remade my account and I'm still having the same issue

I've been in contact with support via email for problems regarding my account but it still doesn't seem to be working. Not to mention my account has "recreated" itself 3 times, erasing any messages I had and deleting my contacts.

So my app kept bugging out and force closing today when I would open chats so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it forgot about my account attached to this email???? and I paid for purp+ for a month it ends Jun 30. 1 star until my account is backed and reimbursed. might go through my bank tbh. lmk purp jun 26 they got back to my review but not my numerous emails. just want you to delete my account for me atp 😤

Hi! I think I found a bug in the app. I'm using an Android device. I receive push notifications saying that I have a new match or a new friend request. However, when I open the app, the match or friend request is not there. It doesn't appear in my friends list or pending requests. This has happened multiple times, not just once. I only clear the notification or tap it to open the app, but the match/request is already missing. Could you please check if this is a synchronization or notification
I can not put in my photo during the registration process. yes I have tired changing photos ,device and even emails. I don't know how to send a video like how you are telling evb else.
it's good app. but it has glitches, it doesn't load whatever im tapping on, it has to exit before making the app work! kinda disappointed
