The delivery agent contacted me (not even the rider) i expected good service but then guess what?? due to network issues their voice got cut , 5 secs in & they disconnected the call and not even once ! called back . i waited for a rider or the agent to call back but nothing and then the next moment the delivery showed failed ? the reason? wrong location (when in reality they didn't even tried to find the location)

Worst experience. I ordered 3 products but when the order was received, one of the products received was completely damaged and in leaked condition when opened from the outer box. I tried to return the product using the app, but they completely neglected the return request 4 times. I don't know the exact reason. Then I mailed several times, contacted the customer support team too but I received a bad response.

This is my first time ordering from purple and I got such a worst delivery experience.The earlier delivery date was showing 29 june but it arrived earlier and my parcel was out for delivery on 28 june but that day I didn't received, same thing happened next day too I m getting all messages regarding my parcel will be arriving but not receiving it. It is happening from last 2 days but still today I haven't receive it and then also there is no use of customer support chat it is not helping much.

very very worst service, i order 2 product but delivery place office address i give that, delivery patner call 10o'clock, but i work finished at the time, ok iam waiting for next not coming my order i give the schedule and complaint but not coming now customer care call option and language also not available that app so very worst 😥😏😔😔

I ordered the Good Vibes Tea Tree Anti-Acne Shower Gel, but I did not receive the body wash in my package. The order shows as shipped, but the product is missing. Please check this issue and arrange to send the missing item or provide a refund very worst service I'm very disappointed Thank you.
Purple has literally the worst costumer service.I have ordered some products and they were prepaid , I received no phone calls from the delivery agent, status of the product is delivered failed.Im not able to contact anyone and simply the costumer care has no response, what a waste of money.wth does that mean , without any confirmed date how long should I wait.I ordered only coz of delivery date now what should I do. Need my product or my money back. A app literally for wasting money and time

This is completely unacceptable. I paid for my order in good faith, and I expect the issue to be resolved immediately. If this is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter by filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and posting my experience on consumer forums and social media.
