I have been attempting to initiate a return since yesterday, but my return requests are not being accepted. they have not responded to the emails I sent. I suspect I may need consult consumer court..

It is a useless, third-class service. They keep saying “out for delivery” since long ago, but the delivery is always very late. It causes a lot of trouble, and not just sometimes - they almost always deliver the wrong products. And when we place a return request, they create a lot of problems and do not provide a return refund. It is a completely third-class app.

everything is going good but the delivery process is trash, there is no proper contact between the customer and the delivery person, an order which was to be delivered within 3 hours is not received even after 18 hours, still no proper.contact even after repeatedly chating with app.

My experience with the Purplle app was very poor.I did not receive the order I placed and it is cancelled automatically. no customer care contact option available. chat support is just a bot and not helpful at all.

I've been using the purple app for a very long time, but now it's ridiculous. there is no help support option, you can only chat no call options. if my concern is not listed how can I talk. i placed the order my one item is missing what I do tell me, this is my last tym using this app I will never use this again.

Very bad experience with the delivery and customer support. I ordered a product on May 2, and the app showed delivery on May 5, but it was repeatedly delayed to May 6 and then May 7. Even after showing “out for delivery,” the agent asked me to collect it from their office if I wanted it that day, otherwise wait longer. There is no live customer support chat, only a useless bot. Apps like Amazon, Nykaa, etc are much better because they have atleast a live agent chat option other than bot

I was supposed to get my order 2 days ago, it got delayed now it's the next day after the delay there was no response from the delivery guy. not answering calls the customer helpline is not answering calls. I'm still waiting for my parcel it's not been delivered, is this the way to manage your customers very disappointing. This is the first and the last time I'm ordering from this app. please don't advertise fast delivery if that's not possible. I've already paid otherwise I would've cancelled

Worst experience ever! I ordered a MARS Lipstick from the Purple app, and when it was delivered, I received it in a broken condition. After that, I tried to contact customer care and applied for a replacement, but they rejected my request and told me to check my email and contact customer support for further help.I emailed them 2-3 times, and they said that the product had “internal damage.” If the product already had internal damage, then how could they even deliver such a damaged product? 😡
Worst app ever. They don't delivered the parcel on or before promised date in prepaid orders also. Plz change your courier partner. basically Blue dart and amazon ..i many orders they don't try to deliver the parcel even prepaid orders and updated wrongly in there system.Plz avoid Bluedart and amazon courier.
