Absolutely terrible. I have no idea why people rate this app highly. Navigation is broken, trip planning is half-baked, UI is terrible, it cannot load my tickets at all, half the UI isn't translated in English, and I LITERALLY get different information in English vs French. Absolutely ridiculous. most importantly, all shows always diaplay as "open now" in English. Even when they are full. So we went to multiple spectacles for no reason It's so bad I'm not even sure if this is an official app...

Translation facility doesn't work and that is the main reason I got the app.

I'm impressed with the app but ended up wasting a lot of time walking to restaurants that were fully booked. don't state a restaurant is open and put it on the map if it's impossible to book or walk-in.

Doesn't work or translate anything unless connected to their WiFi which doesn't work.
Terrible, can't plan anything because of too many bugs, I'm scared of what will happen with the live translation.
Nightmare
Only worked intermittently (possibly due to WiFi but not entirely as my husband had less trouble than me). I was really sad to miss the translation for 3 of the shows/attractions. It seemed particularly bad for walk-round ones. The App kept closing.
Chargement interminable. Toujours aucun accès à l'application après réinstallation. Les représentations sont excellentes par contre. Never ending loading attempt, even after reinstallation. The shows are great though.

Downloaded August 2018 the day before our visit, ready to plan our day...
No good at all, programme unavailable, every item on map when clicked is
"out of boundary". 4 of us have the app, the same for us all. A joke. Still

Stupid app. It does not work!
I've tried to download the app on two different phones. Each time the app states that the Christmas spectacular is closed. I'm unable to enter the site.
Couldn't download any of the shows to our language as always said an error has occurred.
Only partially supports English. Can't add my tickets in the App because of a continuing "An error has occurred while connecting to the booking service". The error message is truncated so can't see possible further information.
Audio translation is bad. Cuts out after every other word. It may be their network that is flaky, but I have no clue what's happening in the shows. Nice horses though. I'd rate 1 star for the app, but the rest of the app is ok.
Some aspects of the app are very good but the site WiFi was not good enough to use for the English translation of the shows so couldn't be used
The park is great but not the app. We were even advised by a member of the park staff not to use it to plan the program only for navigation as, apparently the application is not as up to date for the show times as the paper map! Furthermore there seems to be no way to share the same program between several devices
Great idea, but to many bugs. I was not able to get live translations to work, just kept getting try again messages. It deleted my planed trip after the first show, this is especially annoying since you can't do al the shows on one day so you want to plan in advance. The app also randomly crashed about 7 times during my trip. The idea for this app is great and it looks nice, but for the amount of money you pay to go it should be reliable.
Absolutely great park ! But not so good app : bugs, time not loading, ask 10 times a day if we are visiting, lost save show and not possible to see program on map...
It does not work when I want to put my reservation. It does not have an account to login.. It needs a bit of work and it could be very useful.
Frustrating to be encouraged to plan ahead when the app ditches all your plans once your visit actually arrives. I'm so glad we wrote it all out whilst deciding. Makes the app redundant, like whoever wrote it should be. A good idea ruined by awful execution.
