The customer service in game is disgusting. I got muted on my first account for 1095 days even when I wasn't even doing anything bad or even talking in chat. I kept reaching to customer service but the bot keeps saying I'm not muted even when I submit proof of mute. I also emailed them but they do nothing except to tell me wait. They even muted me now on my second account for no reason directly for 1095 days. It's really terrible and problematic. Please help.

I'm facing some issues with the game ....it's loading and not opening at all
I started playing a month ago and I've had a really good time playing. but I'm over the fact that you have to pay at every turn to advance even a little. this game is basically a rip off. it would be different if they scaled up the rewards you get for the real money you put in but instead they use deceptive practices at every turn. latest is 4 Omni hero shards for 1 Anastasia shard. omnis are supposed to be 1 for 1. don't waste your time. it does not get better as you go along.
the game wants to play favorites with people They banned castles For some that they don't like and others they favor all they really want to do is take your money They let a lot of criminal activity happen in their game like your identification being stolen like people giving you death threats
they have the worse translators and will block you for no reason at all on chats without any reason or warnings, they can't even give you reasons for blocking an account chat just blocked.....

editing my response. when I say this game doesn't listen, I spent $50 on this game, for an event that failed, and when I complained on discord, I was muted. then was asked to email, ignored again. there is no support and the game isn't free if you truly want to enjoy it.

100% a pay to win game! The game will constantly give you minimal like colored stones to match for minimal battle damage, and you have to invest too much time not only Solo but cooperatively in order to reap the most minimal of rewards. OR you can pay $$$

Update: I received a message from the game's support team today. Astoundingly, rather than addressing my missing reward, they accused me of exploiting event points. I was completely unaware that this event even existed. My only action was simply resetting my points to allocate them into the skills I have been wanting to upgrade.
Much too complicated. It's an MMO, strat game, match 3, character build with so many damn elements it's unreal, but it's also derivative and boring. You absolutely must pay excessive amounts of money to advance. The heroes are all typical scantily clad women with cartoonishly large breasts. Women DO actually play video games and we don't need over sexualized women in our games to entice us. If that's what men actually need to motivate them to play games, I weep for the future.
I completed the required milestones for a game offer, reached the castle levels within the advertised timeframe, and provided screenshots proving it. Freecash still denied the rewards. Support repeatedly insisted I didn't qualify but couldn't explain why beyond citing a hidden "official" timer that users can't see or verify. Every reply was repetitive and ignored my evidence. The lack of transparency and meaningful support seriously undermines trust in the platform.
