Game is perfectly fine and quite fun until you reach Chapter 9 (which you reach in 2 days). In order to beat the final boss, you need to actually spend money to continue. Impossible as F2P. Avoid this game at all costs

note to the developer, I was on fiber wifi. so this is just you telling me this is my problem, got it. latest update never finishes loading the game. consistently stops as update failed load again? at 10% downloading update resources 1/24 45%. already tried fix game and reinstall many times. and again today. only works every few days.
at first I was liking the game then I found out it sucks I am so sick and tired of trying to get books to upgrade my heroes, one thing I know it is definitely a money pit if you don't plan on spending I would suggest not playing this game it cost too much and I don't have that kind of money real life is getting all my money 🤑
This game COULD be 'okay' (or at least better), but there are some BIG "Nopes". (1) More than 50% of the time, your attacks (Tetris mode) will MISS (because there won't be any moves that will hit the REMAINING enemies). That's RANDOM, so it's beyond your control. (2) Your attacks (Tetris mode) are so WEAK that you could do more damage with harsh language. (3) Most of the GOOD characters are PAY WALLED, so you're left window shoppin'. UNINSTALLED!

This game is a money grab. If you ever need to talk to an actual person don't hold your breath because you cannot get a hood of anyone.
if you're gonna have a puzzle game stick with puzzle style, don't switch up with base management, it's false advertising, which is a felony
horrible and dont downlaod this its also really really boring + if you doandoadwed this game so that you could get points for smth to watch on a website it would take you forever to get the pounts you neede , horrible dont get this
huge bait and switch. you only play the shooter guy once. rest is match 3. very disappointing
i played the game because of Tap Joy Offer via injustice 2 mobile. i made in app purchase, and my reward didnt went through because according to game itself there is a top up scam right when you click the purchase button. and nothing they can do about it.

I've been playing for years. It's gone from okay to just plain terrible. Can't do anything without spending large amounts of real world money. Every update/event just gets more and more stupid. It's gone way past monotonous, boring and just plain ridiculous. Even aggravating. It's not even a decent time killer anymore. I highly DO NOT recommend this game.
4/19/26: Notifications for training being complete are out of control- going off like 30 times in 60 seconds! 😳 Please fix this! 5/15/22: If the game malfunctions, it's your lost. You're never getting credit from the stingy CS.

takes too damn long to install
game stuck at loading screen 55%. no response from the support team.
it sprinkles segments into the game from ads... but most are misleading or outright false. It also has minigames and other events that are literally impossible unless you pay money, but they have no problem putting 5 different pop ups on screen should you try to play it free. soulless gacha with predatory elements. do not play unless you're being paid.

Very disappointed! Up this point I really enjoyed the game. Then picked up a problem with a purchase in the alliance shop. Trying to contact customer support is a bloody joke! The best you get is a chatbot, obviously pre-programmed with certain responses to certain trigger words. Very poor customer support. No actually pathetic!
it's a terrible wannabe game
It be so much more fun if the damn matching game let you report someone harassing you, and what looks like cheating but who knows, the game is fun until somebody attacks you 10 times over and then just relocates and vanishes and now your left in ruins and hating the game. Thanks for not giving them any sort of cool down so they could harass me and anyone near me and just keep going, great game guys, so fun for new players who don't have or want money to spend on it.

I've been playing this for years. My rating had started as a 4, went to 5, over the last year has declined to 2, and is progressively moving for 1. There is a constant and consistent issue with updates where the devs want to "fix" things that are not broken and yet do nothing for the things that are broken or are in serious need of tweaking. The game has moved from free to play to pay to progress in the simplest of quests and events. Hopefully, there will soon be an overview to improve this🤞🤞
too expensive to keep up this game is greedy the amount of money they want for stuff is ridiculous
its a so so game, it gets overwhelming with everything going on, my problem is something simple. how is the fighting style system useful when for example, the opponent has blue and green , you need green and red to fight against it. and the game goes , oh take purple and yellow ..like?
long time player who is blocked by constant requirements of cash. While this is fun to play with friends it is a strategy(puzzles)/war(survival) game and all use of strategy at advance stages is blocked with out aid from cash. Every mini game and event is worthless unless you spend cash(lots) making enjoyment go stale fast. The only survival after awhile is through brute force which is also impeded without aid of cash, millions of rss needed when tiles only offer 1000s at time at 6 tiles a cycle
I did enjoy this game, where I wouldn't look at any of my others. But the recent holiday event "organisation master" has me thinking twice. It's sad that you make an event, pretend that us players can get somewhere within the event but in reality the only way to pass it or make progress is by buying some form of boost. Don't think Ill recommend this game to anyone after this. Finally thought I found a game that wasn't Pay to win. #Dissapointed
