The PW Books app is currently unusable. It crashes within less than 1 minute whenever I open any book, including purchased books and free sample chapters. I have already tried basic fixes like reinstalling the app, clearing cache, updating the app and device, and switching networks, but nothing works. Also, the app does not allow screen recording, which makes it harder to report the issue properly. This needs to be fixed urgently, especially for students who rely on purchased content.

very bad experience i am unable to open it since the past 5 days and the otp is not coming.. for a minute the log in screen will be stuck on please wait and after that it shows something went wrong
why i face so much glitch here..? book kholne me problem, question mark karne me problem, ai se help lene me problem... why don't you fix it? it's really so unsatisfing whether it's a reputated education platform.
Doesn't include Humanities books of 11th and 12th what of use is a books app if it doesn't have all the books that i need?? very disappointed pw.
