Tried to set up an account using the app. It's almost like Q-Park don't want people to use it. Prevented from adding a payment method as it keeps sending me to a broken link that tells me the "transaction can't be found". Then I read the reviews. I'm deleting the app and deleting my account. Just use the pay machines, the hoops this app makes you jump through are not worth the pain.
this app is so bad I will actively choose not to park in places that use it. took ages to set up account then couldn't even put in a payment method
Verschrikkelijke ervaring! Ik reed zonder problemen de parkeergarage in. Maar toen ik mijn auto wilde ophalen, moest ik de app gebruiken… en die had me na een update uitgelogd. Wachtwoord vergeten, reset geprobeerd maar GEEN ENKELE mail ontvangen! Drie keer geprobeerd, niks! Uiteindelijk moest ik via de auto-ingang naar binnen, onder de slagboom door!

the app is not working properly on my phone. I don't see the meters so I can't start sessions.
App works fine - straight in and out of the car park - but what they DON'T tell you is to pre-book via the WEBSITE (not via the app) beforehand if you want to get access to the cheaper rates. Doing it via the app only and you'll get charged full price.
it took 2 mins for the exit gate to recognise the licence plate. It opened and I was not able to drive out because I was trying to scan qr on the machine and the gate closed again. and did not open after. I had to ring the emergency button.
BEWARE ! App is a rip off.... This app costs you MORE to park ! If you use early parking in Manchester UK you will pay TWICE THE PRICE of using the car park ticket machine... There is no "early bird" discount using the app...You will not get a refund....this is hidden in small print on web site apparently..I cant find it ! ( 20/2/26 App charged me £16 to park for 4 hours in Picaddily Gardens Manchester....advertised price in car park £8.00 ...emailed customer service and refund refused !)
The app nor their parking meters are maintained!!!. Payments have to be made over the phone, they will take your money and then send you a parking charge!!!. This company is useless, they harass you for "not paying" for your parking, even when you provide them with evidence from your bank statements. Their automated phone service is also useless, customer services are useless!!!.

Dit is een slechte app.
This app is a painful user experience. Despite adding all of my car and payment details into the app, when I wanted to pre-book a parking session I got redirected to a web site where I got asked to enter it all again. Also, I couldn't log in with the account I had just set up in the app. I had to reset my password before I could log in. Even after that there were 'technical errors'. Also, I can't see my new booking in the app. This is not joined up and makes the whole experience too stressful.
une app pas toujours fonctionnelle et dont certaines fonctionnalités pourtant nécessaires sont absentes, une interface digne d'avant l'internet et un support client par téléphone inexistant, ça vaut un 0 pointé.
Enorm slechte app. Sta nu geparkeerd maar de zones laden niet... hoop dat ik geen boete krijg anders stuur ik die naar jullie! Toch maar weer terug naar easypark dat werkte tenminste
number plate recognition doesn't work and help is very very rude. if you are forced to used these people be prepared for a stressful horrible time.
As others have said, you need to re-login if you choose pre-booking. Discount codes not working for BMusic either. Waste of effort.
Dont use the app!!! the notification about current parking action doesn't always work. So, if you forget to check for yourself and stop the counter, you will be in trouble because you will have to pay the 24 hrs fee. Luckily, the location I parked at this time was cheap, so it was just 20 euros. I calculated that if I had parked at some of the other places I usually parked at, I would have paid 120 euros. I called Qpark and they are not able to refund me. THE RISK IS NOT WORTH IT!!! Trust me.
Doesn't work, you cannot pay for a parking if the car you want to pay for was ever used by some else else via q park, doesn't matter if it was another family member, or you are driving on a rental car, or borrowing your friend's car, it will not allow you to pay for the parking, doesn't matter if it was used 8 years ago, it remembers that it was used and it blocks you.. Ridiculous
laat vaak geen zone zien waar ik wil parkeren.
Garbage. Doesn't load in Germany. Just hangs. No confirmation email from pre booking online. When I have a booking for 5am and it is already 10.30pm. Total waste of time
Frustrating that you need to have selected a specific number plate as Default (when you have 2 saved in the app) for it to be recognised to enter a car park. Just recognise any number plate I've got saved!!!
gaf geen herinneringen dat ik nog een parkeeractie had lopen. 86 euro betaald voor 1 uurtje parkeren (waarvoor de app dus 24 uur heeft gerekend). Ik kreeg van de klantenservice een onvriendelijke mail terug dat ik de pot op kon. De app gaat dus ook bij deze van mijn telefoon af.

Zone selectie werkt niet goed. Intypen van zonen kan niet.

Having an ongoing parking session makes no sense. I just paid for parking for 24 hours while I just parked for one hour and forgot to stop the session.
Man man man, toont bijna geen enkele marker/parkeerpaal, parkeren op straat is echt onmogelijk zo. Gratis, maar zo slecht!! Terug naar het te dure easypark :(
Useless, confirmed purchase several timeswith banking app but when I come back to the browser to confirm it crashes. Cant use it at all
Waardeloze app. Slechte herkenning locatie, paarse parkeerzones verdwijnen wanneer je verder inzoomt en je kunt de parkeerzone niet selecteren door op het paarse te klikken maar alleen op het priegelige nummer.
Standser parkering inden tiden er gået. Man kan ikke separat slå kameraparkering fra (så kan man slet ikke bruge appen længere til oprette en parkering). Tilbage til EasyPark.

Also, the app cannot sync notifications properly, and many times one thinks that there is an ongoing session, whereas there are none. Usability sucks, otherwise gets the job done.
Voor Nederland een OK app voor straatparkeren. Minder transactiekosten dan concurrent. Interface voor straatparkeren erg slecht. Je krijgt de zones te zien maar als je er op tikt kan je vaak geen parkeersessie starten. Je moet op een heel specifiek zoom niveau zijn om het nummer van de zone als een bordje te zien, die staat dan ook nog eens midden in de zone. Soms 4x app opnieuw starten voor t komt. Ook kan je niet in meerdere accounts hetzelfde kenteken hebben. Auto lenen/delen kan niet dus.
Example of how not to develop a parking app. Slow, doesn't cache zones, requires extra confirmations on start and stop, doesn't detect movement to stop the session, doesn't save parking place, doesn't allow to set end time. The only reason I have it is absence of transaction cost.
Why do I have to manually switch between car registrations that are associated with my account prior to entering to get the car parks to recognise them?
app is niet gebruiksvriendelijk, doet verder wel wat je vraagt. Zo ontbreekt een 'start parkeersessie' obv de locatie, kost het vaak veel tijd om de locatie en zone te laden. ook een tijdslimiet ontbreekt. het is dat de voorwaardeb van easypark slecht zijn maar hun app is wel beter.
Okay app, similar to Easypark, but happy to have switched to Qpark. 💸 zones won't load, so I can't start a session. The Android widget is completely useless since it keep freaking me out that I have an ongoing session (I do not). Similarly, the ongoing session system notification also does not update once I end the session and I have to swipe it away manually.
This app is super slow compared with similar apps that do the same thing. Another thing is I've been using this for 3 years and once I forgot to clock out, called them right after they would not make an exception even once to cancel it..
helaas werkte het parkeren op kenteken niet goed, ik moest de qr code gebruiken. bovendien had de laadpaal een fout tijdens het parkeren, waardoor ik niet genoeg stroom had om thuis te komen en heb ik onderweg een snellader moeten gebruiken die twee keer zo duur is. valt nog veel te verbeteren dus.
laadt geen zones meer in rotterdam. kan dus niet meer buiten parkeren met deze app.
Ondanks een garage abonnement werd er op een willekeurige dag € 40 dagtarief in rekening gebracht. Ik merkte dit bij toeval op, en het is gecorrigeerd, maar vrij bijzonder dat überhaupt gebeurt. En wat gebeurt er als men het niet (tijdig) merkt? Want correctie is alleen binnen twee maanden mogelijk. Extra inkomsten voor Q-park?
No extra fees is great, but please fix the notifications of ongoing parking sessions. I dont close the app while parking, I leave it open on my screen, yet no pop-up of active sessions.
It should be much easier to find the rates each parking charges. It was my first time using it a few days ago and what I thought was €2 per hour was in reality per 22 minutes. The app didn't display the full information and I simply assumed, my mistake. End result: €22 for 4 hours. I also find the app a bit cumbersome when it comes to locating parkings, it's messy when it comes to using touch for maps. While it's convenient I will need to think twice before using it again.
het straatparkeren laat in 99% van de keren geen nummer zien en als het dit wel doet vaak het verkeerde nummer van een compleet ander gebied. in parkeer garages van qpark werkt het natuurlijk perfect. maar als staat parkeer app schiet het eenorm te kort. hoop op verbetering.
