Terribly unstable
last 3 flights on my way to the airport, it logs me out, and it won't accept login details. I have to reset it when i actually need it at the airport. Any time i dont have a flight, i can log in, ok? pointless app.
Boarding pass keep disappearing .....why? how is your app so bad ......won't stay signed in ..

terrible time wasting experience
Booking a flight is ridiculously complicated now. It never used to be. You have to click through so many screens just to pay for the booking. Every single time it says I can only have one phone number. Everytime I change it and then the next time I book I go through the same painful process of deleting the contact numbers that Qantas asked for.
Keeps telling me I need a pin to login, but never received a pin and then when I go to reset the pin it gives me an error message telling me to call them, aint nobody got time for that garbage.
Search for flights function in the current Google Play store version isn't working at all, will not load. how ever all other app functions appear to be working, so weird. I found out what the problem is.. I had a Vpn active. so have disabled it. the app is working ok now, thanks
having issues checking in for my flights for work
Qantas app keeps logging me out and now I cannot log in to see my status credit and points.

Lots of adverts that make you spend and get little credit/rewards from it. downgrade status while your its not expired yet. Expensive without a business.
A terrible experience. I tried a number of times to make the same booking in oorder to take advantage of the special offer for double status points. On each occasion I got thrown out and had to start again with the information that had been entered lost. I would prefer to use another airline rather than have to use this or simply revert to the web-site!!
I'm not impressed Qantas frequent flyer points expire,seems rude to take away what we've earned. Not going to bother using the app anymore.
Doesn't work. my mobile phone is compatible but the screen blanks out seconds after I have opened the app.
just try to reimburse a expense caused by airline changes, you will find that this app is designed for user to give up.

Useless. I am owed points for a flight and the app has rejected them because Qantas changed our flight number at the airport and the idiots are lost on how to find my rightfully gained points. Called customer service, followed the prompts- they said I rang the wrong department so I gave up.... Sent an email, ignored. FLY VIRGIN.
Not satisfied due to not giving proper instructions which resulted in excessive payment more than the amount paid on the ticket a heavy burden on passengers.

Poor performing app and rip off company.
Far too slow and too many bugs. One aspect of the app that I find annoying is the 'Hotel deals' that come up under a booking. I select 'Hide hotel deals' and then a few seconds later the hotel advertisements are back. Update June 2023: I've been using this app while overseas to view upcoming flights and the data disappears every time the app is opened. Update Jan 2025: no ability to select classic rewards or date flexibility on multi city flight search.
Absolutely apalling. it crashes every time i use it. Qantas.. if u cant code up a simple app, why would i trust ur airline witj my life flying. I cannot use my points on app.... grrrrrr...

Afterflying Quantas on numerous occasions I dont recommend them. I got food poisoning on last trip from Wellington to Sidney. Plus a horrible staff member at Sidney stole my powerrbank although I flew up and down with it. This happened after I spoke out against the lack of service for wheel chair assistance. This happened in Wellingtin NZ and Sidney. The air crew are great yet a small blanket don't help against the cold.

Where is the multi-city booking? I made the mistake of updating the app yesterday. Yesterday morning - I could do multi-city bookings. After the update, there is no way to do multi-city bookings through the app. Come on QANTAS. Get your act into gear. How do you release a version of the app with functionality as important as multi-city bookings missing.

Very disappointing for frequent travellers. Qantas promotes these partnerships, yet the app no longer supports seamless trip integration like it did for years.

It's frustrating using the hotel function
Atrocious customer experience. While the app is actually not bad, Qantas is. Check-In experience was better (with smoother technology) FIFTEEN years ago. Just about everything about Qantas tech has got worse in that time. A 12 step process just to redeem a lounge pass, with multiple levels of checks and repetition, are you kidding me? Clearly customers do not come first anymore.
When bookings are input into the app. it recognizes the booking and name and flight etc. However my Qantas points never automatically "allocate" i ALWAYS have to claim points days later. if I skip this, it doesnt add the flight/ boarding to the app. I see it as the app telling me I HAVE to claim it later -_- "yes this is you and your flight but points wont connect to your QFF account". so frustrating!
This is one of the slowest apps I've ever used..and believe me, I've used some slow apps. Just like the Bunnings app, painfully sloooooow, too 🐌.
