This app has been such a great way for me to increase points and keep myself motivated by aiming for points targets. It has been broken now for ages and I've missed out on a bunch of points, it takes away the purpose of the app entirely with no ambition that Qantas want to fix it. Either sunset it or fix it rather than have it barely work and have agitated users like me.

this app is getting worse, it doesn't update the steps, and most of the times it automatically logout and I can't login again, after clearing cache, uninstall and reinstall, can't even login, error msg said oops, please try it again later another useless app, can't even see the health funds policies it will almost 5 days still can't login, and no one cares to looking into this useless app, I guess it's time to uninstall this rubbish from the phone
The app hasn't allowed logins for the last few days. I've missed out on a bunch of points because of this, but nothing seems to be happening to fix it
cannot login anymore to the app
App was working ok until a few days ago - I used to have to remove and reinstall every few months due to syncing issues, however now for the past few days I can't even login at all despite multiple attempts, restarting phone etc.
I just installed this app as a friend said she uses it and she sent me a referral code, the code always says invalid, ive tried several times. I click on the app icon to open it and 90% of the time it goes to a white screen and never loads. Im so disappointed 😞 Its so frustrating.

app is not functional. it's always had issues with syncing every once in a while where I'd had to uninstall and reinstall. I've had to do that again and now I can't even look back into the app. oops something went wrong try again later. if I do manage to get in I get blank screens. not a very stable app unfortunately.

0 stars! Day 3 and still unable to log in to earn points. no response from "Wellbeing" team. Totally ignored. Lost count of uninstall and reinstall and still nothing. Can't earn points, getting no help from support.

terrible app. doesn't sync with health connect. health connect has the steps in its data, but this app can't seem to read it. i have followed every tip on the help page

until the 26th April i thought this was a great app. It is now unusable. Tried uninstalling then re installing just can't get past the log in just get a spinning circle. As yet no help from the help website.

Not very useful if app is broken and won't sync to collect points or allow me to make changes to my goals. Have un-linked and re-linked still not working. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled now cant long in at all.
Every time you update it seems to break again, what are you even doing. Cant even log in, let alone sync. Broken again btw. It has now been three days since I could log in
Used to work. It's now completely unusable. Doesn't update steps. Doesn't sync. Forced stop and uninstaller, now I can't even log in. Will be uninstalling now. No point to it at all.

App has been down for 2 days now. Wouldn't sync...then after force stop / reinstall won't log in. Reports everywhere on line of the same thing...clearly zero priority given to a fix.

Useless and unreliable. Constantly crashes or doesn't sync, yet again it has been down for days. Not worth the effort for the piffling points it ekes out. Embarrassing to the Qantas brand.
doesnt load or allow log ins
I get oops, we couldn't do that more regularly than points for achieving health results. My wife shows she is in the step challenge I sent her, but I'm not. it's now so bad, I haven't been able to access the app for 2 days. I've deleted it, re installed it, confirmed all access requirements are in place , cleared the cache. nothing. Looks like my best bet is to take my business elsewhere.
Unfortunately the app is no longer synching to my Garmin watch after numerous force stops, uninstalls, reinstall, restarts of my phone. what was once a good app is now just advertising for other Qantas products because the well being side doesn't actually work

Been using the app for a couple years and last couple months been having constant issues with app. Stopped working since yesterday and can't log in. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and now can't even go past the login screen. Constant log in error.

Qantas, you're really declining in standard both in flights and apps.

since two days ago it stopped working "something went wrong. please try again" happened with updating goals, logging in. even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. now nothing shows up apart from a blank page. useless.
if only there was an option for zero star review. last night at 11.30pm up until 2am couldn't get it to sync then log in after I deleted and re installed it. again today at 7.20pm not suncing log out try to log back in. no luck refreshed the app then I get a blank white screen.

app won't let me change the number of steps so that I can maximise points. I logged out, and now I can't log back in. been happening for a few months now, am going to uninstall the app as I can no longer be bothered jumping through hoops every single day just to try (unsuccessfully) to update my step count.
