The app has been broken for many weeks and no longer syncs my data. I sent a help request and heard nothing back.
It's been a month now that the app won't open. Already tried to clear cache and data also reinstall. Many people in Intetnet informed this issue without any solution. It works using an iPhone though.

It's good but lots of bugs. I cannot set a weekly or daily challenge. At the step where I add my goal, I cannot move the spinner. It stays at 0. It's been like this for a while. Would appreciate if this can be fixed asap!
App barely works. For what the airliner charges for flights you think they would have the money to build a functioning app but it has been years and it still has the same issues

Great job Qantas with the continual connectivity issues and often days-long inability to update fitness data from connected devices. How does the App work okay, and then fail so dramatically?!

This app has been such a great way for me to increase points and keep myself motivated by aiming for points targets. It has been broken now for ages and I've missed out on a bunch of points, it takes away the purpose of the app entirely with no ambition that Qantas want to fix it. Either sunset it or fix it rather than have it barely work and have agitated users like me.

this app is getting worse, it doesn't update the steps, and most of the times it automatically logout and I can't login again, after clearing cache, uninstall and reinstall, can't even login, error msg said oops, please try it again later another useless app, can't even see the health funds policies it will almost 5 days still can't login, and no one cares to looking into this useless app, I guess it's time to uninstall this rubbish from the phone

cannot login anymore to the app
App was working ok until a few days ago - I used to have to remove and reinstall every few months due to syncing issues, however now for the past few days I can't even login at all despite multiple attempts, restarting phone etc.
I just installed this app as a friend said she uses it and she sent me a referral code, the code always says invalid, ive tried several times. I click on the app icon to open it and 90% of the time it goes to a white screen and never loads. Im so disappointed 😞 Its so frustrating.

app is not functional. it's always had issues with syncing every once in a while where I'd had to uninstall and reinstall. I've had to do that again and now I can't even look back into the app. oops something went wrong try again later. if I do manage to get in I get blank screens. not a very stable app unfortunately.

0 stars! Day 3 and still unable to log in to earn points. no response from "Wellbeing" team. Totally ignored. Lost count of uninstall and reinstall and still nothing. Can't earn points, getting no help from support.

terrible app. doesn't sync with health connect. health connect has the steps in its data, but this app can't seem to read it. i have followed every tip on the help page

until the 26th April i thought this was a great app. It is now unusable. Tried uninstalling then re installing just can't get past the log in just get a spinning circle. As yet no help from the help website.

Not very useful if app is broken and won't sync to collect points or allow me to make changes to my goals. Have un-linked and re-linked still not working. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled now cant long in at all.
Every time you update it seems to break again, what are you even doing. Cant even log in, let alone sync. Broken again btw. It has now been three days since I could log in

The app was good but isn't working anymore. I can't even log in. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but still won't let me in. Its been three days now.
Useless and unreliable. Constantly crashes or doesn't sync, yet again it has been down for days. Not worth the effort for the piffling points it ekes out. Embarrassing to the Qantas brand.
