Tried to pay for subscription via the web, no go. Should have known since their website blatantly lies claiming they are the only service offering what they have. Try looking at Tidal you ID10Ts! The app tries to force me into the premium subscription and will not allow me to verify my desire to pay for the subscription says my password is invalid. The entire thing is straight rubbish and is most likely a scam to get ahold of credit card info. Go ahead, I can delete that card in less than 30 sec

TOO MANY BUGS , counter intuitive. download to play offline feature does not exist let alone offer you the ability to actually play offline still uses your data. songs that are available one day all of a sudden appear unavailable in your playlist and then you have to physically go search for the track name instead of it just coming up automatically within the app. when I come to my homepage I want it to show my music. when I hit the back button I don't want it to close the app. please 🥺🥺

Switched from Spotify. I really love having to clear the app Cache multiple times a day if I want this app to work. Randomly stops playing, won't loop a playlist or song, changes to the next song randomly. Only plus is that they don't advertise for Ice.

not ready for prime time. I wanted to switch from yt music for a number of reasons, but the app is completely worthless, appallingly bad. nothing plays, downloads, streams for 5 seconds and then stops even when on wifi, etc. I was a subscriber years ago and it worked?! I really hope they fix it. maybe they're just neglecting android users.

like the concept but the app is stuck in set up. very weird edit: from two stars to one. the app is nice to look at and the sound quality can be great. can be if you find what you are looking for. the catalogue consists of more gaps than entries. this I could have rationionalised. it's a new contender, right? better give them a chance. but my experience was ultimately destroyed by the sheer unreliability of the system. more often than not I simply couldn't play music. bye

I was really excited about Qobuz. They support real artists and they don't allow AI artists. Yet. They only have AI support for an app with tons of bugs because it's kind of new. The support in combo with not having lyrics had me canceling my subscription. So sad!

I am using this app because it pays more money to artists than Spotify. But that's the only reason. If Spotify paid more to artists I'd switch back in a heartbeat! I *hate* the interface! The biggest problem is that there is no way to tell it to download everything in your library by default. So I'm having to go through the (thousands) of tracks in my library and tell it to download them one by one. Also, it jumps around in the track list when I try to scroll. Barely usable.

Utterly bizarre decision to aggressively stick to the last used device for playback. I'm sure the spiders living behind my desk where I last used Qobuz over a week ago are having a great time listening to music while I'm sitting in silence on the train fumbling with the menu to switch playback to my phone.

good when it works. I play this with android auto and it constantly buffers during songs or will play a full song and then lose connection like it drops the bluetooth. Phone, apps, truck are all up to date, and I have full internet service. Other apps don't have this issue. I'm listing on my phone with headphones now, and it's playing one full song on a playlist (looped and shuffled) before it just stops. It doesn't auto play the next song in the queue. This is new. it's getting out of hand.

Do not trust their multi-year subscription offers! I paid for a 1-year plan and then a 3-year plan, meaning I paid for 4 years in total. However, the system only gave me 3 years. Qobuz basically stole my 1-year subscription fee. I've contacted their support team multiple times, but they have ignored me for months. Terrible app backend and nonexistent customer service. Will file a credit card chargeback if this isn't fixed immediately.

The app is not working at all. At first my downloads were just deleted. That evolved into the app just nit playing music anymore. No matter how much I press play or shuffle, nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling and redownloading but that does nothing. I am extremely frustrated because I have no desire to switch apps but I will probably have to.

I haven't had songs skip on me since I was in middle school on the bus using a CD player. i have to force close app and restart all the time because the song just stops playing audio for no reason. but high-key the skipping is HORRIBLE. I recommend you find an alternative if you are interested in switching to qobuz

Same Bug keeps happening. If I miss a payment even once it will bug and say i haven't payed for it and shows that '30 day free trial' ad and when i try to pay for it again it says I already own the item. I have tried logging out and logging back in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. If this app is going to have a more expensive $16-$17 subscription than Spotify it needs to work.

Doesn't work! Songs stop CONSTANTLY. The AI "help" in the app tells you to: log out and log in again, restart your device, drop music quality... all things I've done AND STILL the app will not play music properly. They don't have answers for why their product won't work, it's just the same AI BS telling you to do yet another thing when other apps I've tried don't seem to struggle to simply PLAY music.

The app is absolutely atrocious. It won't let you shuffle all the music you like. It's not at all intuitive. unfortunately they have the best sounding music of any music app I have found. apparently there are ways to use different apps to pull music from this app but it looks to be a huge headache. I am thinking about quitting and getting a different app
