Their AI is a pain. And it is everywhere - I uploaded a tax document and it registered me as my tax office instead of my business. I asked to change this and it tries to help me navigate a menu that's no longer used. After 3 more tries it finally forwarded me to service and guess what they used AI to scan my document again. Response time in their "chat" is 30min. And don't get me started on their support. For authentication they are using India service worker, who barely speak English.
worst experience super unprofessional bank. no notice period or any warning . nothing . I would not recommend this bank for long term to any body.

Depuis plus de nouvelle et personne ne répond sur le chat C’est toute notre activité qui se retrouve en danger. Alors que nous avons la trésorerie, nos prélèvements urssaf, la tva, les salaires risquent d’être rejetés. C’est tout bonnement inadmissible.
Je pense qu'on peut facilement dire que c'est la pire banque.. je souhaitais créer mon compte asso 1901 car qonto semblait sur le papier être les plus compétitifs. mais viens la vérification d'identité qui m'est impossible +30 essais de différentes manières a chaque fois, le service client (par téléphone et message) qui force la politesse et répondent comme des IA avec des réponses générique (on va transmettre..) . Le délai est tellement long (3 semaines) que Qonto va supprimer mon compte inacti
Depuis 13 jours, mon compte est en cours de validation par l’équipe de Qonto. C’est un délai exceptionnellement long, qui contredit toutes les promesses, même les plus modestes, faites par Qonto. L’application obtient donc une étoile sur cinq : difficile de lui mettre plus lorsqu’elle occupe de la place sur le téléphone sans fonctionner.

the interface is constantly trying to upsell you stuff, the support is miserable, some online payments fail and you don't know why

Extremely disappointed with Qonto. After completing full verification and submitting all documents, they closed my account without warning or explanation. No transparency, no chance to respond. As a new entrepreneur, I expected support, not judgment or exclusion. Their vague, unhelpful support left me stranded and unable to access my funds. If you value fairness, reliability, professionalism, and inclusivity, look elsewhere. Worst bank in the world!
Validating account take so much time.
J'étais très satisfait de Qonto jusqu'au weekend dernier. J'ai activé la fonctionnalité "Facturation électronique". Je découvre après l'avoir fait que cela rend impossible par la suite l'import de facture en masse. Il n'y avait aucune alerte à ce niveau là. J'ai près de 200 factures à régler par mois et je ne peux pas les faire manuellement. J'ai écrit au service client immédiatement et je n'ai plus aucune nouvelle après près de 2 jours. Aucune réponse par mail, aucune réponse sur le chat, aucun
Schlechter Kundendienst. Zu teuer. Unfreundlich.

Déçu par Qonto après plusieurs années de service. Mon compte clôturé depuis plus d’un an a malgré tout été débité. Aucune prise de responsabilité de leur part, renvoi systématique vers le client, et absence de solution concrète. Le sérieux et la sécurité attendus d’une banque ne sont clairement pas au rendez-vous. Ce manque de rigueur est inacceptable pour une entreprise. Je ne recommande plus Qonto et ferme mes autres comptes chez eux.

I'm in trouble from last 3 months, my amount is stuck in qonto, messaging every day but no answer, email on weekly basis, whenever I try to transfer to my supplier it's server error nothing else, qonto bank is not replying , very much disappointed with the service

absolutely terrible service. they discriminate theirs clients without even giving reason for refusing the service. you probably don't want to associate with such bank, in case you face difficulty they won't be there to help instead they will close your bank account (without reason). not the banking partner you should rely on. I give them a negative star ranking if it was possible
Poorly optimized, a security threat and overall laggy and unresponsive, I only use it because I'm forced to. Factorial implementation in easily x10 times better

C'était déjà une calamité de changer d'adresse via les plateformes du service public. Qonto réussit l'exploit d'être encore pire. Qonto est lean.. sauf pour le support utilisateur. Dommage
what happened to the Reference field in each completed Transaction???? I can't see any details anymore of a Transfer in the mobile app. Also the "Transfer again" feature?? that was honestly my most used feature (button). it let's me super quickly make the same/similar transfer without having to fill in all those annoying fields by starting from scratch. Team, please get it back. it distributed my entire paying-bills-process! otherwise, I love the app, it's super user friendly.
SSO with Google doesn't work anymore, since 4+ weeks. It's impossible to log in. Reset password depends on app login. Support has been silent for 7 days.
