I actually really like this app. BUT it defaults to adding a tip to every order, instead of letting the customer add it ourselves if we so choose.
Reward points NEVER work
the last 8 days the spin to win has came up no prizes. Not even 5 points. The points system has increased for even a small burrito, I shop there so often or should say, used to because I am cashing in my points and will no longer shop at Quesada. Points sound like a small thing but when it wastes attention and real time it feels downright insulting, simply a marketing ploy. I'm not with that nonsense, it is fast food after all and not a healthy source of nutrition. Done with this officially.
The app sneaks a default tip (what for? it's carry out!) and a bag fee onto the bill.

Extremely glitchy and poorly handled. Multiple separate credit cards refused, deals which won't load or show up when trying to pay despite appearing on the home page, you can't use a prepaid gift card to pay on the app, and tends to refuse to let you use accumulated points for anything. Support takes days or just gives you a AI response that isn't relevant to your problem. Used to be good years ago but has become awful to use. Do better!

I've lost 2 days of spins plus whatever days I lose without being able to spin until it's fixed. so please fix and give me a weeks worth of spins to catch up
App will always error out when trying to pay. Tried different credit cards and even google play. The website does have the same problem. They should fix their payment processor if they actually want people to buy food...

Doesn't work - took all my information including my credit card (that works in other apps) then refuses to bill to my credit card. Now they have all my information but have failed to provide a service.
Id leave 0 star if I could. Every single time I open the app, I've got fewer points even though I'm spending none. I've taken screenshots just to make sure I wasn't crazy, but no, the app literally deletes points. To add, there are 0 good offers, like none, 0, nothing. Whoever the devs are of this app, go back to making finger paintings.
Advertising promised 2 for 1 burritos today in store or in app. My local store said I had to order through the app to get the deal, which is the only reason I downloaded it. Turns out the whole ad was a lie. Thanks for nothing.
update: not only does it Not let me order at 11:30-59pm because it can't grasp the delivery time will be tomorrow when i waited until 12am like i have expecting it to be delivered a Bit before 1am, they apparently don't deliver that late through the app anymore, and it was scheduled in the morning when i was still asleep. i wound up getting my dinner last night from quesadas through skip the dishes and tried to get my first order cancelled but apparently they couldn't. never using this app again
App keeps crashing, nothing ever works. why bother having promos and saying app only when the app doesn't work?? then when I go to a Quesada and tell them the app doesn't work but can you accept the promo code, they refuse. it's your app that's a fail and no one is fixing it. very disappointing

bait and switched coupon code, once pressed order I was charged the full amount without the proper discount with the code - basically a rip off instead of being cheaper
Does not load the offers. Offers are only available on the app. Not impressed went 2-3 times a week. Will be looking at going else where now that that got rid of the $3 tacos and you can't access their advertised offers.
App is pure garbage. You keep it on your phone and for months it says no promos are available. But then when there are, it doesnt mention them. Current $7 burrito of the day nowhere to be seen on my app. Deleting this garbage and going to the competition.
It rarely works at all, and when it does, the bundle deals can't be customized. They all have to be the same burritos. I love Quesada, but this app is complete trash

Points expire, but they don't tell or remind you when.
Found out there's a new store where I'm working today proceeded to install the app and go through the whole ordering process ahead of my lunch , payment methods won't work spent 20 minutes trying to figure it out ... gave up.. going to barbarito instead they're app actually works, I wonder how much money you guys have lost where someone can't even give you their money for a service... Super disappointed Go to barbarito instead way better...
Don't advertise a first time offer in your restaurants if it isn't going to appear in the app.
American based app. Won't except postal code so quess I will order from another restaurant.
App was great until past 24 hours. Won't let you log in with Google and when you verify your payment still won't work

They got rid of burrito of the day for this. No offers ever. Some restaurants don't even allow mobile ordering.
Horrible app. Better off using Skip. Offers never load, you can't pick what sore you want to deliver to you, no confirmation half the time. Just garbage interface. Plus still has the ridiculous order interface that gates what you can request short of relying entirely on the comment section... don't bother installing
The app lets you order for stores that are closed. I made an order on a store that the app said closed at 10pm. I got charged, was given a pickup time made my way to the store only to realize that that stores hours were different from that of the app and that I got charged and unable to get what I paid for
App simply does not let you order. Store is open, but can't order anything other than delivery despite being able to walk into the store. Website itself is broken for my location so not using the app isn't an option either. Terrible experience. Reported the issue(s) to customer service via their Facebook page and took over a week for them to reply. Gave them a video of the entire issue and the response I got showed they hadn't even watched the video. This company simply does not care.
Useless. Cannot access offers that are in the app. You can see what they are, but cannot apply them to an in app order. Uninstalled.
WARNING : My card got blocked due to unusual activity from the Quesada app. I highly suggest everyone, do not use this app. Horrendous experience, random charge of 0.01 cent, which bank flagged as suspicious activity.
Shows offers you can get in store with no way to redeem them in app, so you get to order knowing you're paying more. In store has offers (eg Taco Tuesday has cheaper 3 taco meal) but can't do that in app, so when you go to pick up at the store, you're greeted by a sign that reminds you that you overpaid for your meal by using the app they want you to use. I love Quesada but every app they've made has had these kinds of issues.
Coupon codes get removed if you do a simple unrelated change to the order. You can't cancel an order at all, not even within a minute of placing it. Location staff have no ability to process refunds if there a problem.... Once you've placed an order, you're locked in with no chance of getting any money back if there's an issue. 😡 lame
The app does not allow you to remove the 25 cent bag fee or choose 'no bag'. Also doensn't link with google pay, you have to manually enter your credit card details into the app. There is no option to 'pay cash' or 'pay in person/at the counter'.
Poor App
Can't get the deals to work on the app. What's the point of having them? The old version worked fine and was easier to navigate.
