Very bad experience with Questrade.
Cheaters. They will start promotions to get you to sign up. Once you sign up, they will never honor these promotions. Terrible people.
just garbage. whole point of a robotrader is to make things easier and it somehow makes it harder, only downloaded for the promo code and even that didn't work
There should be an option to leave -5 stars. Absolutely garbage. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism in my entire life. People have their life savings with these morons and any time there's elevated market activity such as a popular IPO or the market pumps or dumps, the app goes down and you have NO ACCESS to your funds or to trade. This has been going on for almost a decade. I will discourage every single person I know to stay away or leave Questrade. Pathetic broker.

Jun12, 2026, time for SpaceX in NDX, unfortunately, Questrade out of work from openning till...., Now, I am watching digits changing in stock market,but can do nothing for this worst trading platform. My money losing.... 今天眼睁睁看着股市开盘后剧烈波动，Questrade瘫痪在床，无法交易（不能显示持有股票，无论手机还是pc都一样），只能看着sats一路亏损下去。 关键时候不能交易的平台，谁会觉得好？
conversion fees are hidden and racks up if you didnt know about it. questrade takes no responsibility when things go wrong and does not answer phone calls or answer chats.
zero customer support.. cannot even make a simple etransfer into the account, keeos rejecting it... and calls to your phone numbers go nowhere..money withdrawn from our questrade account disappear into thin air!!! and why are your 5 star reviews here about complaints as well. are they all fake??? is this another scam??? better use a traditional bank to provide better service
open new account..it show 2 to 3 days for id verification but already more than 1 week..still waiting

it's so bad to get access to their support, the app never notifies you when it's your turn. so basically it expects you to keep looking at the line. Save yourself some energy and go to WS
App crashes, logs out frequently, biometrics doesn't work.
I messed up 1 digit on my account info and my money was and has been in limbo for a week , tried 4x to contact anyone just to be fed scrips . Had to pay a 10$ fee with my bank to get them involved now Quest can deal with my bank over the money misplaced and figure things out. They do not try to help you once things are lost rather they only help you invest with them, more emphasis needs to be on customer service , 1 digit being wrong shouldn't tie my money up for a whole week .
I have been using another platform for years, but friends recommended this one for its features. I first sent a small amount to a cash account, which worked. Then I opened a TFSA and sent another etransfer. The app said funds should arrive within 30 minutes to a few hours, but it has been a day and I still do not see them. I contacted support twice, but no one seems to know what happened. This experience has made me question whether I can trust this platform with my money.

I opened a TFSA account today and deposited some money. I couldn't get past the documentation which were optional. I closed the account but I couldn't get my money back. Totally do NOT recommend.

I always have hard time to navigate their app. It's so messy. you need to go through different apps to get the information you need. I think their old version app is much better than the new apps.
It is a kind of cheating, I signed up and deposit immediately in it, but I did not recieve 100CAD Bonus for registering. two days later,I communicated with them to know how I will get 100CAD for registration Bonus, The operator said it is not available after registering. I feel a kind of dishonesty. Because it was not clear how to get the Bonus.
Truly pathetic app. It takes several "business days" to move the money in and out of their accounts and there are expenses associated if you want to withdraw your own money. Don't bother with this garbage and download the Wealthsimple app instead.
honestly I just downloaded for the $100 and never thought this app is so buggy. deposited money and doesn't show in my account and also the button to submit proof of residency isn't working... wealthsimple FTW

tried to open an account, did everything they asked. now it says "finish the steps to start trading" but they're all finished. I'm looking at my balance after depositing and now there's a button it says "add more funds" *edit* youre not "happy to help" there are zero requirements to deposit money into your bank account. but in order to get it back out i have to jump through every hoop ever created. you designed the app and you made it do this by choice. you steal where you can. its what you do.

Terrible. This app is extremely glitchy, not smooth or efficient at all. Try to sign in and it attempts to sign me up for a new account nine times out of ten. I have it linked to tradingview for obvious advantages, but am limited by questrade to utilize them. It's fine if you want to just put a long trade in and forget about it. Otherwise it's not very useful, use a different application.
I am getting no help what so ever and the app will not let me do anything
This app is pure garbage. if you cannot complete the setup through a modern day app what do you expect there service to be like. Questrade is useless
high fee; transferring funds out is a pain
I can not login ever from application, it stuck at loading screen after login. Customer service is horrible, needs to wait 1 hour to talk with them. I am back to Weathsimple

Thinking about transferring my accounts here to Wealthsimple just because of how unreliable signing in on the mobile app is. I often can't get past the loading page. Only use Questrade now for norberts gambit otherwise WS is a better user experience.
Does this app adhere to any accessibility standards. The font is so tiny and the color combination with the theme is almost impossible to read. The customer service agents don't seem to care and are never willing to forward the feedback to product management
