It is a kind of cheating, I signed up and deposit immediately in it, but I did not recieve 100CAD Bonus for registering. two days later,I communicated with them to know how I will get 100CAD for registration Bonus, The operator said it is not available after registering. I feel a kind of dishonesty. Because it was not clear how to get the Bonus.

honestly I just downloaded for the $100 and never thought this app is so buggy. deposited money and doesn't show in my account and also the button to submit proof of residency isn't working... wealthsimple FTW
it is unfriendly now my account is empty. it lost my $100. looking elsewhere

Missing lots of stuff comparing to browsing the web page. also the chatbot needs to be fixed completely.
terrible. everything you try sends you to a chat bot that has no answers or understanding of the question
tried to open an account, did everything they asked. now it says "finish the steps to start trading" but they're all finished. I'm looking at my balance after depositing and now there's a button it says "add more funds" *edit* youre not "happy to help" there are zero requirements to deposit money into your bank account. but in order to get it back out i have to jump through every hoop ever created. you designed the app and you made it do this by choice. you steal where you can. its what you do.

Otherwise it's not very useful, use a different application.
I am getting no help what so ever and the app will not let me do anything
This app is pure garbage. if you cannot complete the setup through a modern day app what do you expect there service to be like. Questrade is useless
high fee; transferring funds out is a pain
I can not login ever from application, it stuck at loading screen after login. Customer service is horrible, needs to wait 1 hour to talk with them. I am back to Weathsimple

Thinking about transferring my accounts here to Wealthsimple just because of how unreliable signing in on the mobile app is. I often can't get past the loading page. Only use Questrade now for norberts gambit otherwise WS is a better user experience.
Does this app adhere to any accessibility standards. The font is so tiny and the color combination with the theme is almost impossible to read. The customer service agents don't seem to care and are never willing to forward the feedback to product management

Horrible customer service. Inexperienced employees , regret opening account with Questrade. Will take me a while to transfer out my TFSA, RESP. Beware!

Never ever send marketing notifications. Thanks for the additional reason that pushes me to closing my Questrade account. I'm uninstalling the app now.
Asks way too many questions when trying to open an account, to the point it's oddly excessive & awkward. No other brokerages take it to the extent they do. Also makes you wait for half hour before even offering the call back option. Beyond stupid. Edit based on your response: you should investigate how to hire more people so you don't take an hour to respond to queries
biometric ID continuously fails, will probably transfer my account. App is also awkward to use and information I need is not easily found. Difficult to use compared to other apps I've used for investment.
The values should be updated automatically and not when I refresh the page. It's a stock market app and not cricket score app. I need live updates like on Groww or even Vested apps.
Never had a good experience, support is virtually non existant, very difficult to get set up.
Alot of unnecessary uninteresting charts in app. The app displays charts and performance metrics of stocks unrelated to helping me do what I want to use it for with no option to hide the charts. These charts should be a menu selection and not imposed on the user.
One of the worst customer service support from available brokerages. I have been trying to transfer 2 accounts for 2 days and 4 hours have been wasted. finally their agent just hung up on me after keeping me on hold for 30 minutes.
It's frustrating how long their withdrawal transfers take! I had to do a wire transfer just so it doesn't take as long.
Locked on landscape mode. Does not show headings for positions. Does not show standing orders. Does not adjust balances. Just terrible
It's almost as frustrating as the "service/support" i have already emailed that days ago asking for a call back and instead i was on the phone for almost 3 HOURS until someone competent was able to help me. It's one of the worst service experiences I've ever had
Both questrade apps are completely useless. Either freezes on the splash screen or gets stuck loading after login. Even after clearing data/cache and reinstalling. Somehow using the mobile website is 100x better and consistent, completely removing the need for either of these apps. Would give 0 stars if I could.
I have encountered a frustrating experience with money transfer and customer service. Since December 29, I have consistently raised my concerns and submitted various documents, including bank statements and transaction deposits, yet I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. My financial loss remains unresolved, as the deposit is not reflected in my Quest trade account, despite the transfer being made from my bank account. My call is dropped without resolution of my matter.

it is a disguising application. I installed the app by mistake, trying to install something else. there is no way to delete your account. they collect your info and keep it for years. it behaves as a scamming site. do not install it. I can't imagine using it for business when everything there is fishy.
worst experience. signed up and funded my account and almost more than 9 hrs and still my funds not showing up on the account . and support is not even available and still awaiting for my funds . and will close my account soon once this is resolved . worst experience.
Chat dose not work just say reauthenticating. The app is not intuitive to even check your stock over time earnings and growth Etc. Would not switch everything over from Wealthsimple for that alone. Should take some pointers from them.

totally unreliable can't even deposit money in it without it being withheld by questrade. always require more documents but never let you know that you need to upload them. customer service is super slow and have to wait for hours every single time. I just wish they communicate.
fingerprint login broken
nothing seems to work. no explanation for why, cant get ahold of anyone. keeps saying re-authenticatong. maybe this ap is ok for someone with more experience. it is not user friendly for newbies and on support.
Last update in November 2025 nuked Biometrics login. Now I'm going to have to call to reset my password.
Glitchy. I try to input my password. The biometrics print flashes on the screen and says it's incorrect before I have a chance to actually put my thumb on the print. Then it locks my account. Fix your biometrics glitch!!
Questrade has tons of errors. Now I scan my finger 5 times cuz of a fake network error to open the app every single time
