new update sucks... deep scan doesn't really scan that deep it is over in less than a minute while quick scan remains stuck at 0% for like eternity ... doesn't even start ... uninstalling it

I have taken the licenced copy of quick heal on my Oppo A58 mobile and I am not able to update the virus database.
currently the app isn't opening. shows "Link to a google account". On selecting a google account it says "invalid Google account or network issue. please try again (F1016) wow, some value for money ☹️ Why make linking of google account mandatory? That, when your system isn't updated to take on such complexity... FINALLY TODAY I HAVE UNINSTALLED THIS STUBBORN APP.
I have a licensed version on my mobile but the fact is it's a totally Bakwas App. Whenever I click the deep scan the quick stan automatically started. Scan status never displayed on notification bar/window. Have to open the app again & again to check the scan percentage status. My phone is acting weirdly but it can't detect any malware. My suggestion to all - Don't buy it.

Even after buying new product key licence details is not showing correct one. 2. when I was trying to renew old product key showing invalid product key.
I am purchasing a one-year package for Rs.199 through GPay and amount instantly deducted for my bank account. but this app still shows for an upgrade. I am not getting any kind of activation in email or SMS. I am trying to connect to the call centre more than 7 or 8 times. I only get waiting and waiting, I am purchasing Quick Heal Mobile for antivirus and anti scam, but sorry to say Quick Heal company scammed me ₹199.
I could have given 4 or 5 star but I didn't because of several reasons. Since installation I'm facing ping issue with gaming which is quite frustrating they should seriously need work on that. second in premium there mentioned of vpn but I'm not sure if the app actually provides it because I'm not able to see anything related to premium.

Privacy Alert ⚠️ While installing the app, it asks for access to your contacts so that it can register using one of the email accounts on your device. Without granting this permission, you cannot proceed. If you allow this permission, all the email accounts logged into your Gmail become visible to the app, and you have to choose one of them to sign up. Why can’t they simply allow users to manually enter the email address they want to register with instead of requiring access to contacts?
app was working now asking for google account and says it's invalid, while uninstall it's says deactivate and uninstall not able to connect not sure what is going on
The device cleanup (for deleting junk files) feature of this app needs work. It reminds me of cleanup even if there is as little as 1MB of junk files. You need to provide an option to set a minimum threshold (like 500MB) before notifying for cleanup. The current setup is pure annoyance. I have cleaned the storage of junk files 3 times under 5 minutes! This is very annoying and needs to be healed quickly. You just need to give the option of a threshold before the cleanup alert is triggered.

this is fake app or what, I install this app yesterday, paid 85 rs for 3 months, before my Instagram acount was login from different location, my internet data finish very fast after using your app still same problem, phone working also slow now. solve this problem as soon as posible. I already paid supacription of 3 month why this app always show update now and app is out of date , check and solve query asp.

Paid for 1 year feels like Paid apo is a fake app. showing too many ads. No options is there for ad blocking. Quick Heal is cheating here totally on the name of Anti virus, data protection etc. Not safe for use.

Detects malwares easily. But both of its version, Internet security and mobile security are slowing down my laptop as well my smart phone lately. When i opened control panel on my laptop i saw quick heal was occupying 980 MB of space after it was updated in this year. I had to remove my licensed copy completely as it was hanging my laptop every day! The same problem was seen on my smart phone! it's nothing but a copy of Agnitum outpost antivirus engine, changed the name and selling in market.
