The app is still horribly broken. I got a new phone (unrelated to this issue) and the app still sucks. Right now I can't clock out! ROLL BACK THE UPDATE. I really appreciate having a previously great working app turn into garbage.
This app is amazing in that it will invent a new bug nearly every week for you! I only use this app to log my time, clock in and out. Right now it's having me refresh the page anytime I try to clock out. Easily the most buggy app I've ever tried to use.

The new user interface is clunky and unappealing as well as more difficult to use. y'all need to fix this the last one was way better.
Time card feature is broken. everything in the app works great. except every single day that I have used it, the app refuses to let me clock out in the time sheet. No replies from support. other than that, would be a great app
Not very impressed with this system. Constantly have a security verification message and then just sits there loading. It's not my service due to all other apps load just fine.

New Interface is TERRIBLE. Please go back or give us the option to go back to the original UI. The new UI is horrendous and is much more difficult to actually track hours. Update: removed another star. Since the whole update, the app glitches all the time, its slower when it does actually work, crashes, and now frequently makes mistakes. This is why they say "if it isn't broke, don't fix it". You had a perfectly working 5 star app and service that you turned to complete trash for no good reason

Abysmal nightmare to use. Basic functionality fails at random times. Unable to take lunch break. Sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes to be able to clock out - keeps showing the "your info didn't load" message when trying to clock out with a refresh button that takes you back to the logged in screen leaving you stuck in a failed log out loop.
the latest update ruined the app. timesheets are now confusing. breaks are not automatically removed from total hours for the day. and navigating is even worse. change it back. somethings don't need to be improved---- !! update 04/13/2026 !! Whoever made the decision to revert back to the previous version needs a raise, promotion, a pat on the back and and infinite amount of Atta-boys... +++updated update+++It sucks again 😔
Worked fine until it was updated, the new layout is horrid compared to the old one, and it's causing login problems now. I've cleared it's cache, deleted it and re-installed it, but it still won't either clock me in, let me clock out for a break, or clock out at all. I checked my settings, and this stupid app is collecting location info even when not clocked in. I'm back to using pen and paper for my hours, and I'm constantly emaling our HR staff to correct my hours. Awful, useless app. Avoid!
horrible. don't ever have more than one email or an old phone number linked up to QB or it's many affiliates because (if you even get answers to tech problems, which is rare) the app still sucks. sorry to say y'all.
remove the fn ad, employers already pay you enough money.

I dont know how you'd guys managed to make this new update render this app essentially unusable. why did you remove the insert break feature? why did you make it so that I constantly need to refresh the app just to see the timesheets im putting in? why did you remove the ability to submit our time sheets, how am I supposed to know if my employer has received my hours for the week? what were you guys thinking? you could have atleast put a pop up message explaining the changes?
I still haven't received any updates on the app it still shows my last paycheck from mar 5th they said that they are updated the app but still shows the thing
Zero Stars after the latest update. Can't clock out at least 2 or 3 times every week! Absolutely worthless! Never had an issue with the previous version.

I liked the update at first however, now, the app will clock me out everytime I switch to a new job/customer. Super frustrating that I have to keep clocking in to get my hours and note the account so my boss can pay me for the full day. it also logs me out multiple times in a day.
The new time sheet/clock interface is absolutely terrible. The previous one was more streamlined and smoother. This current one just looks messy.
buggy and slow, not a pleasant app experience. Makes simple tasks exceedingly difficult and wastes time having to correct when the app fails. Tried to contact support with a detailed message and they have ignored me multiple times now.
originally was a great app but in a recent update they removed the feature to add a lunch break into a previous shift where it would automatically adjust the times for you. easy and quick, great. now I have to put in 3 separate punches to put in a break and it takes 3x as long. weird update to remove a quality of life feature.
Some of my crew updated the app only to find that when clocking time, the "Insert Break" button has been removed. Now they have to make three separate time entries for each day. this is incredibly tedious! I have a hard enough time getting the guys to fill out their time cards every week. Please put it back the way it was!
aweful new upgrade. the app doesnt work for me now and your teams left me hanging for over a week while they apparently figure it out. I cant delete the version of the app and download the older version that had absolutely 0 issues. im confused why no one has got back to me on a resolution and im confused as to why the upgrade was even necessary there was nothing wrong with the old version . duely unsatisfied

The new update on the app makes it so you can't change time clocks as easily on the fly as you used to be able to. It crashes frequently and it is incredibly slow to update. You may not even know it crashes and when it does it loses your job switch over and you won't even notice. For someone that has many jobs a day and needs to change constantly this is infuriating. This has not been so much an update as it has been a backslide.

The most recent update ruined the app. every time I try to log a lunch break, it tells me my info won't load and then clocks me out of the day entirely. Outrageous and a nightmare for payroll. Contacted support and they did absolutely nothing. Overall awful experience since updating. it used to run perfectly, but now it's a dud.

This new version is HORRIBLE. I still can't clock in. It keeps asking me to choose a customer from assignments, even though we don't assign customers. Even if I do select a customer to clock in, it still fails to load and asks me to refresh.
glitchy, unreliable, data disappears
edit: now out won't let me clock out, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Too many issues for the cost. Recent updates made the app harder to use. I'm on android, my employer is on iphone and hasn't noticed a difference. For at least a month now the app has been switching between a new version and the old version I am used to. The new version has a lot of lag, and frankly, is harder to use. I would much rather have the old version.
you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself in 2026 alone you guys miscalculated 836 hours of my payroll. and not in the good way in the bad way

App lacks some basic functionality. I forgot to punch out on the last night of the month, now I can't punch in or out because that would be "editing a timesheet that's already been submitted". So now according to the app I've been working a 60 hr shift and I'm not allowed to punch out
