now unusable . please return to the old interface. I spent almost 2 hours trying to get this fixed with chat. it disconnected and never fixed anything the new version doesnt show sub-customers. so you cant properly bill work. it won't allow you to chose a time to switch a project. its made itself the worst possible option overall. the old interface functioned yes i have Uninstalled, restarted my phone. reinstalled. all the regular you do. nothing works. and I've emailed. and no response

It won't allow me to log in. I spoke to someone and someone was supposed to call me and I haven't gotten no call back from anybody.
wont let me clock and getting no help from admin
Randomly clocks me in for 8 hour shifts on days I don't work. I have to reset the app data weekly and re log in just to be able to use the app normally. Hopefully the boss will be ok with swapping apps because this one is a bother.
I could usually get around most glitches. Not today. The app keeps clocking me out and time sheets are erased.

Very inconsistent with being able to clock in and out over the last few months. It does not matter what type of OS is being used. We've tried all of the "fixes" posted but none of them work! Figure it out with IT / Programming / Coding or hire some new ones who can fix the app the right way. Frustrating and unacceptable.
please fix the issues. I shouldn't have to keeping Uninstalling the app just to clock in or out

new update don't give you any notification that the timeclock is running and there's no way to stop the clock either. even after uninstalling the app and re-downloading it the clock is still running. absolute junk
App often won't let me clock out at proper time. As of today it won't let me clock in unless I update the app. Tried to update and it won't let me update.
samsung s25 ultra wont let you clock out or in amd then cant load history of timesheets either please fix
Sometimes I get my full paycheck, and sometimes I only get half. I have to wait for the other half. They can't tell me why it happens. Quickbooks blames Intuit for the problem and ironically Intuit only has AI robots to answer the customer service line... hmmm... nice move, quickbooks.
literally nothing but issues with clocking in and clocking out. worst app an employer has ever made me use and I hope they switch very soon.

Not very impressed with this system. Constantly have a security verification message and then just sits there loading. It's not my service due to all other apps load just fine.
Edit. it did it agin. been clocked in for over 100 hours now and got no help with customer service. this is messing with my paycheck now. hurry up and fixthis please. the new update is garbage. on several occasions I've had to spend time to edit timesheets because it doesn't clock me out when I actually hit clock out. im in an area with piss poor cell signal and I assume it needs absolute aiganlmto work properly as the the older version would update as soon as signal was received.
This app used to load so quickly, even offline. Now I'm having to mess with it for minutes trying to clock in and out. It won't load for minutes at a time. Undo the last update. Update 5 May 26. The app is still horribly broken. I got a new phone (unrelated to this issue) and the app still sucks. Right now I can't clock out! ROLL BACK THE UPDATE. I really appreciate having a previously great working app turn into garbage.
This app is amazing in that it will invent a new bug nearly every week for you! I only use this app to log my time, clock in and out. Multiple days a month a will not be able to do so for one reason or another. Sometimes it will log me out in the middle of my shift. Right now it's having me refresh the page anytime I try to clock out. Easily the most buggy app I've ever tried to use.

very basic app with not many options
App lacks some basic functionality. I forgot to punch out on the last night of the month, now I can't punch in or out because that would be "editing a timesheet that's already been submitted". So now according to the app I've been working a 60 hr shift and I'm not allowed to punch out
