I paid free trail 1 rps charge yet I'm not being able to access the shows just coz I cancelled the Autopay. The free trail amount i paid is also simply went i couldn't watch series soon after I cancelled Autopay. This is a scam I have paid for free trail that also they're not giving. Very disappointing

Hello, ₹699 subscription got activated automatically from my account without my intention. I did not want to purchase this plan and I have not used the subscription. I also cannot find any cancel option inside the app. Kindly cancel the subscription and please process my refund as soon as possible. Thank you.
