They send a text to check on the status of an order. I need to install the app (!!?), it asks a ton of questions, it requires getting a code out of email to register (you have my phone#). Way too difficult. I uninstalled the app. Can't you just let me see the status of the order?

ever since I downloaded then deleted the app no quince link works anymore. I literally cannot follow any link quince sends me or I see online because now it routes me straight to the app store. it never did this before and honestly, it makes me angry. it certainly isn't going to make me download the app again. Apparently taking my data is more important than me actually shopping. no other app does this. I deleted it & it's still screwing up my phone. BTW this for reviewing apps, not the store.
first off I don't like being forced to download an app to use links so the you tubers I follow get credit for my purchase. the issue seems to be with Android users when you click a link from a you tube video say for a sweater, it forces you to download the app but then only goes to the app. ot the specific item. this is a very recent issue, in the past when I clicked a link, it went right to Quince website and I could easily order the item.
Every time I click on something to look at, the page says "Something went wrong. Try Again." It seems to be with almost everything I click on.
Well my first attempt with quince was a failure. This app is...terrible. As in I won't ever buy anything from quince, not because I don't want to, the app won't let me. For an online direct to consumer business I expected the online part to actually work. Oh well I tried.
creating/registering a profile is impossible. please fix the bugs,! I enter my email address and then it asks for a code but I have to leave the app to retrieve it and when I click back in I can't return the code.
Funny how y'all's whole business model was "we're not predatory like the others" but now you're forcing people to download your stupid app to buy certain products "before they sell out" so you can sell our data, which it says in Google Play that you collect and share with third parties. Scammy and predatory. I'm SO MAD because EVERY "ethical" business gets greedy in the end. I'm going back to buying my essentials on Etsy.
Not the worst app, but the image galleries are so frustrating to use. Can't zoom on any review images, and zooming in on product images is so difficult.
