Cannot login. Cannot add a railcard. Does not allow password reset. Totally useless.
fine to use but infuriating to buy or renew: no download code sent to email as promised and download code request ends up in endless loop - infuriating!

rail card keeps losing photos why ????
Not helpful forcing an update and making it impossible to view my railcard whilst on the actual train. There should be some form of offline mode or something that allows the card to be viewed regardless. This is basic functionality - I'm going back to a plastic card.
when it works it works great. however half the time it will not load while on the train and say my photo will not load.

despite repeated attempts, and following instructions , it's impossible to download my rail card to my phone
used once but a few months later tried and it needed an update and I updated but I get an error photo is missing. no option to re add my photo only a contact us form.
Shows errors and difficulties on using, can't see how to get a physical card
tried to add railcard to app. Code didn't work and when I requested a new codecthey kept sending me the code that didn't work. Hopeless, wish I had got a physical card.

This app, and the services provided are downright useless if you change device or need to access over low bandwidth, like, on a train! worst app ever created.

confusing all i want is a digital copy easy to find of my disabled railcard card

Clunky and confusing to set up and what's worse is the "save money / discount" con which signs you up for another website.
