The train time planner is a nightmare. At best it can takes 10 minutes to provide results which are frequently inaccurate, at worst just hangs and doesn't give any results. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but if anything it's now even worse. Please fix this.
Not that good.keeps freezing.Annoying..😬
Journey Planner doesn't work! It just hangs indefinitely and says it's looking for trains, but the search results never load. Now I have to go back to using the dreaded National Rail app, because at least it has a functioning Journey Planner...
Way too many ads to make this usable
I wanted to track the train times not have na app track me.
Horrible ads
You're not able to exit the app by pressing the back button. You have to swipe and clear instead. Also the developer is not good at coming back on suggested improvements.
This app is awful, unreliable, slow and generally very difficult to use. However, unfortunately, it's the only usable option for its specific use case of providing train times on all lines. I will make an alternative of my own.
A good app when it works, however it doesn't seem to load half the time, so I have to use a different app!
Just installed, not great so far. Got ATT prompt continuously on first launch and had to force kill. First attempt at searching for a station yielded no results. When I attempt to open the Journey Planner tab I just get a continuous loading spinner, surely this page should be local, with a single API call??? (PS: I was on a train with limited connection)
Was brilliant but updated and now it doesn't work 😕
The app looks so ugly with ads at the top and bottom of every page. Also it's difficult to use as the ads are distracting and it's too easy to mistakenly click an ad button- good for the developer and advertisers, not good for the user.
