wallet recharges take forever to show in balance, it is being advertised as a new app which might be better than IRCTC but it is the same thing in a different package

Worst app ever of railways. You can't file any complaints related to customer support, this app only operates with chat boot there is no mail I'd or customer support number for complaints.

while booking tatkal ticket the app stops working you can't book tatkal on this app and its wallet totally waste if you deposit money then it will not refund to your account also not showing to other app of IRCTC very bad thing it is. the rule is only personal ID can book tatkal ticket on starting 30 minutes of booking. If you are going to book tickets with personal ID you can't book but brokers easily can how is it possible. Either we are fools or complete system. From now I won't use it.
