If you don't want to use the Play Store you can't use this app. In times where souveranigty will get more important it's not a good coded app.

It is stated in the playstore that data deletion is available, but so far Raisin is not responding on my request to delete my personal info. I will contact the Data protection authority in Berlin and ask them for a solution and help with this.

Catastrophic identification system. I tried 6 times on phone, tablet and laptop and it never works. Worst part is going through the whole process then recieving an SMS but the app is bugging and you cannot put the code in the app. The staff clearly doesn't care and is rude.

Bank z innej epoki, przelewy zajmują kilka dni, autoryzacja do konta to samo, możliwość przypisania tylko jednego konta z innego banku, aplikacja toporna jak sprzed 20 lat i najlepsze potrafią źle zaksięgować pieniądze wpłacone, dno a nie bank! Oprocentowanie to jedyna zaletą...
banieren alsof het jaar 2000 is. Geld storten naar je rekening gaat eerst via een rentevrij raisin account. Het duurt langer dan al mijn andere overschrijvingen om dat te arriveren. Je moet raden wanneer je de app weer niet openen om het geld op een rekening met rente te zetten. Geld van de rekening afhalen is nog irritanter. Het duurt zeker 2 dagen voordat het geld naar die renteloze raisin rekening gaat en je moet zelf bijhouden wanneer je het naar je eigen rekening kunt sturen
I'm looking for accounts in EUR, and the app doesn't seem to have any filter for that - it only shows offers in my local currency.
Raisin calls itself a fintech, but the experience feels worse than in old banks. Onboarding is a mess: you provide your ID, but Raisin still forces you to enter all your data manually, even though they could read it from the ID. They also don’t trust official German documents and demand extra address checks. A home-internet bill accepted by two banks was rejected. As a result, opening an account dragged on for several days. Opening an account at Sparkasse is faster.

ID verification awful. I won't be saving with this bank based on the app experience so far.

Um sich einzuloggen braucht man Geduld. Es dauert mehrere Minuten.
Verschrikkelijk bedrijf dat zich niet aan simpele beloftes qua vriendenbonussen houdt. Erg triest.
Poor tech behind this app. I disabled mobile verification as the app always failed to recognise my phone as a trusted device (despite checking the box for it to do so) but it now requires me to enter a mobile verification code when I login without even sending me one. I now have no access to my account.
When one logs in a red circle with a white cross appears then a series of boxes appear for one to enter a security number in. Except no security number is sent. 😡
The ID verification is awful, really bad customer service. If you care about your money, don't put it on this app.
unable to update app
El producto en sí no está mal pero el servicio de atención al cliente es pésimo. Pase lo que pase nunca asumen responsabilidades, así que todo bien hasta que no lo va. Yo después de varios años, he dejado de usarlos porque no dan la talla.
Biometric login feature does not work. I wonder why they have not bothered to address this issue considering people have saved a lot of investments on this platform.
it's open only on spanish residence or other eu.countries.so anyone other citizen don't waste time on this app.Bad experience.

absolutely terrible app nothing works on it I can't transfer money when I want or look at my bank statement?
Poor app and poor customer service. They seem to be unable to advise the calculation of my interest. I haven't got a relationship with the savings provider therefore they seem to want to pass the buck. Very unimpressed. No doubt they'll cut and paste their usual pathetic reply below.
Have had to register twice and reset password 4 times to get in. Doesn't always recognise biometrics. Extremely slow to load. Nearly a week to make initial investments; ten days to make interest payments Pretty sure I'm being penalised by these delays.
Aplikacja działa ale nie ma w niej opcji zmiany języka na inny niż systemowy. Nie wspiera też zmiany języka dla konkretnej aplikacji z poziomu androida. Filtry oferowanych produktów nie są czytelne.
Biometric login refuses to work despite reinstalling. App is way behind my High Street banking app. Transfers, account opening and closing times take so long. Seems a bit archaic in today's world of instant transfers.
app is super slow, buggy, unoptimized.. not worth your time, the interest rates are good tho, well if you are willing to lock in your money for a long long time..
Day 1, no funding button - such a longwinded way to fund accounts Day 2 - unable to access successfully created savings accounts due to "technical issues" which they're "working very hard" to fix. I'm beginning to think I should've just stuck with Hargreaves Lansdown, to be honest.
Decent product but really poor, glitchy app. It has been for a while.
