Also make sure you know your cvv code for your card because you have to enter it every time. hands down the most annoying and least convenient app there is.
Not a good app. Every time I try to use it I get the disco ball or "something went wrong" message. There are no real benefits to using this app, no points or way to earn a reward. Hire the people who developed the McDonald's app.
the order button is attached to the bottom of the app, on most phones that is where the close app button is...you push order and the app closes
The app and website are the most frustrating ones with signing in. Please stop signing ppl out of the app. It's not a bank app so not necessary. Or at least do like some apps where it takes you to the website to login which will log you into the app too. Instead I have to go to a browser to get my stupid password to sign into the app.
This is by far the worst app I've ever seen. It's only good to place an order. Did you want to see a menu, good luck. Did you hear they had a deal, you won't see it on this app. Don't waste your time. This app made me change my mind and go to Popeyes today.
Tried to Sign up for an account/rewards, the sign up button doesn't work.

never once did the app work.
This app is worst mobile order app. Literally all they have to do is just copy how McDonald's does there app. Trying to set a location is difficult. storing and saving the payment is difficult. requires the constantly dual authenticate through a text message every time you order. gets the wrong location when you reorder a meal. there's so many problems with this app.
stupid app won't let me add food to my bag because of Samsung's stupid floating buttons. Deleted.
Use app exclusively to order. Never earn rewards even though my card is linked. App is only convenient not "rewarding".
Don't use the app because they don't have your food ready when you ask to have it ready. Waited for 20+ minutes for a to go order and I had a schedule time. Awful service too. Worst experience I had in this place. Something need to change there because it I was a delivery driver I would had the customer call me to ask why it's taking so long to deliver food to them.
Please optimize your app, it is horribly slow.
Just constantly asking for unnecessary information. I've had surgeries that were less painful and intrusive. By the time I got to checkout I had arrived at canes, so didn't bother using the app.

Slow. Doesn't allow drive-through pickup, and they prioritize drive-through orders over mobile pickup.
password reset function is faulty. doesn't allow sufficient time to enter reset code. by the time you get the reset code in email and try to enter it in, it starts you all over and doesn't accept the reset code you just received. Food is great but your app is horrible.
Everytime I try to order in the app, I select my food add to cart, it says it has been added, but nothing actually ever shows up in the cart. I have tried multiple times with no luck.
worst app ever...can't order online with my account. can't order with the app. says my account is in use. says my account is blocked. guess it's just as well because there are healthier options anyway. oh well.
You can't make a order without it taking your account off the app, so if you can't remember your passwords or write it down. 1 STAR!😡😠

there is an opinion to pick up the order in the drive thru but it's always unavailable so I never order from them

seems like the tenders are getting smaller than what they used to be. Not worth the money. 3 tenders are small. To me, it's nit worth serving for the price!!!!

Their drive-thru situation is terrible!!! Vehicles coming from all directions trying to get to the one lane that was open. I was stuck for 28 minutes and couldn't leave because the lot was so congested! Then they told me that they couldn't hand out mobile orders at the drive-thru 🤬I will absolutely NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION

This app and your website are fundamental security concerns. Why are you tracking my key presses when I'm creating my account? I tried using a password manager to make a random, secure password and you only accept it if I manually type the entire thing out?!?! Not cool at all! You shouldn't be watching my keystrokes; especially when I'm typing my password!
