this app sucks and is insanely confusing. take away colesole and put extra toast and it says no fries and no toast on the next section under? what gives?

The app is worthless. try to place an order and it won't let you complete it as it's grayed out. try putting in credit card information multiple times and will not let you complete the order.
Can't login with Google account. Can't pay with Google Pay. Doesn't create nor link Caniac Club Rewards. No rewards card for Google Wallet. Geotrack permissions?!!! This should be a case study of how NOT to develop an Android app and also a strike against the software company that did!
Just lets you order and give location. they dont have a rewards program.

Constantly logged out of application, no reason to use except ordering for in store pick up as there's no rewards directly in the app. And worst of all you cant even order their Sweet tea 😔. No option at all to buy any type of sweet tea, had to go order in store to get what I wanted.
Logged in, created an order, couldn't check out because it wouldn't let me save my new credit card information.
for some reason at some store's you can't pick up at the drive-thru, even through they have one at that location. That doesn't make sense.
Unusable, gets stuck continuously loading at the "Continue to Payment" step

It's SO bad & almost no perks! every once in a while you get some deal, but you usually have to buy one get one! Birthday you receive a drink. Scanning a visit does nothing bc there's no point system! Very disappointing!!
Literally does not work. For 1, why does it constantly log you out? Literally used the app just 2 weeks ago and it logged me out anyways. But the bigger issue is the phone code will not send no matter what. Tried 5 times, no phone code. Got blocked. Checked blocked numbers and spam, nothing. Tried signing in with a brand new account and a DIFFERENT phone #, still no code. And yall don't let people use a guest account to order ahead so thanks

the only order options are getting a full meal a single piece of chicken for $2 or 25 for $41. We have multiple chicken places in town and they all have better deals or are less expensive.

when I went to check out with the app, it told me my credit card zip code was wrong. but billed me twice. told the Portage Michigan manager this and all they can do for me is give me a website to go to. wet home without any food.
Using back gesture from anywhere in the app closes the app instead of going back. And when creating a password or filling in a password from a password manager, the app reports its URI as "localhost" instead of a descriptive URI, so it forces you to use an easy to remember, less secure password, or else have to go manually naming it in your password manager & then manually searching for it every time you want to log in. Also, you can't undo removing item from combo without starting over.
Unable to log in, the app displays an error when attempting to load the login page. Issue has been there since 2023, it is now 2026 and I still can't log in.
no caniac club rewards earned when order thru app. what an novel marketing concept. dont use our app if you want rewards. instead get in line and order and wait for the food to get the points.

Does not offer drive-thru pick-up, which is THE ONLY OPTION to pick up your order late night! Staff had me go around for curbside and wait 10 minutes for them to bring it out. At which point I thought: should I just have ordered at the drive-thru and saved time? If so, why have an app? Caniac club rewards seems arbitrary if you can't track progress.
You all unfortunately don't have a reward system! No place to scan in and collect points for your frequent visits 😟 Unfortunate. Great great food though. Thanks!
Please include the unbreaded chicken as on option when ordering, without it this app is pretty much no use to me and I have to order in person. It would make it a lot easier for people with gluten sensitivities to quickly and easily order food for pick up.
