Security is absolutely ridiculous, I've never encountered a platform that makes you jump through so many unnecessary hoops to just change your bank account. I want to pull my money out and in order to change my bank account in the app you need your ID, a photo of you with the ID, the statement of your old bank account and the new bank account statement. After all that the response is slow and still hasn't been resolved. Never mind the fact that I've been with them for about 10 years.

Closed my account years ago because low or negative returns (even on conservative account) and high fees. Then I rejoined because I wanted $100 for investing a grand. But after fees it's only $40 (and not including the negative returns) that's only 4% return. I can get more than that with a normal bank account with no risk. Shall delete account again.
I haven't used this app since 2023. Started back up a week ago. What an absolute scam this is now. Just randomly took a $5.50 maint fee out of my bank. That never occurred back in 2023. Yet I still did not receive any emails about these "fees." The rewards section is absolutely ridiculous. I've had $9.45 sitting there since 2023. I can't touch it, it doesn't go to the investments part, and I can't cash it out. So that's really pointless. Such a shame the news is participating in sharing a scam.

doesn't work, took all my details but refuses to accept them even though they are correct, I'm unable to set it up due to these issues. completely useless.
Better off using vanguard or stockspot, they're free except stockspot charge $1/month for over 20k investment fund. This Raiz investment platform is a ripped off, I wasn't informed about the hidden fees of $5.50 a month, plus the return isn't that good. It's used to be free before (like 5-7yrs ago). I am withdrawing all my money and put it on Vanguard. Vanguard lets you investment as much or less as you want and plus there's no hidden fees. You get paid dividends quite a lot over there.
Signed up and tried to link an account multiple times but didnt work, kept saying I had an issue to resolve and I needed to link an account. i tried sending an email to get support for the issue but the submit button didnt work. when I went to close the account it tells me that this is the first time logging in on this device which obviously wasnt true as i had to login to try link an account and send the support email 🤦
Don't bother doing the surveys they won't pay you like they say they will even if you complete the entire survey, false advertising scam.

unbelievably hard to start up if using a mobile.
its been 3 months since i have close down my account and they still keep taking their 5.50 fee from my bank. even tho nothing is in my raiz. When you go back to close it again. a automatic message pops up saying your account is in the process of closing. Just beware.
what a sham. Used this briefly in the previous decade haven't thought about it since. This morning i see two charges for $5.50, account fees for something I haven't used or thought about in many years. what type of sucker pays a monthly fee to some corpo parasites to have their money parked in underperforming index funds? your better off burying your spare change in potting mix and watering it every now and then.
instead of making money. I lost more from the fees. my money would gain 50cents then the fees cost more than that so not worth it

I thought I had invested 30 bucks over the last few weeks only to find out they never took the money from my account. my portfolio is empty after several attempts. it's pretty retarded. even the auto round up fails to work properly, I selected heaps of micro transactions nothing happened. the app sucks now.

the app won't load. very frustrating can only use the internet.
High fees, low returns! auto investment direct debits from bank account then money disappears for 3 days, same when withdrawing from araiz? where does the cash sit for 3 days? its not yours!
