couldn't make payment for annual pass on rajmargyatra app. I called 1033 twice for support but they didn't help. they simply told me to uninstall the app and reinstall it and try again. this didn't solve the problem either. the helpline doesn't offer any help or resolution.

Annual pass system is good. but failed in correct implemention. There is no option to renew account, payment errors, not re-logins and many more practical problems in usage.
there is no option to check recent deductions in Annual pass (transaction history)
