Horrible app

Super slow

Just so bad. Every travel option opens as a pop up so if you accidentally press back all your setting will be forgotten. Most importantly it doesn't help that the all and it's pop ups are all so SLOW!

The app is in English only because the language of my phone setting is in English. You cannot change it to Japanese in-app which is ridiculous.

The interface is horrible

Everything is in Japanese. Can't use. 😒

The tabs are in English, but when i go to search anything or click on flight and hotels, its all Japanese. Useless to me :/ this should be a disclaimer

Lousy app. Force overseas user to enter Japan address postal code and mobile no. Better change the register format if you want all users (whole earth) to register the app.

Worst website cannot amend booking... Don't book if u really want confirmed hotel booking.. Or want any amendments.. They dont have any system.... Please as traveller ignore this

only useful if you know Japanese

Been two years since I last reviewed this app. Went to Japan and was doing a road trip across some prefectures so generally booked hotels at the last minute so wanted to see if this app changed. Sadly it has not. Still the app although has most of the entry fields in English as soon as you click area, all the prefectures and cities are in Japanese. Even if you do know what the Japanese is for the prefectures and areas all the results come up in Japanese with English headings. However going to the rakuten travel website (even on a phone) will have nearly everything in English (and this is what I ended up using) which makes the app a little pointless unless you understand Japanese or want a mix and match of languages.

海外に住んでますが、日本語設定はできないし、日本国外のホテルを予約したかったのに、日本国内情報しか見れなくて残念です。デスクトップと同じ情報が見れるかと思ったのですが。すぐアンインストールしました。

アプリ内で言語が変えなくて、残念です。携帯が英語に設定しても、楽天の買い物アプリが普通に日本語で表示されますが、トラベルアプリは英語で表示され、言語を設定することが出来なかった。

stupid bug

Cant use it due to unable to register my genuine email address. Useless app if you can't use it. What's the point of high security if it becomes unusable. Pain in the ....

If you can't read Japanese, don't install this app. Not very useful for foreigners

Most of the app is in Japanese, so it's impossible for me to choose area/prefecture/etc as I don't know the language.

Language in Japanese

The new version of this app from September 2012 (v2.5) has consumed 160MB of mobile data in 8 days just sitting as a widget with no active use.

The hotel didn't have my reservation, so this app is utterly worthless. Reintalled later and now the option list is continually blank. Still junk.

Give me my Japanese interface back.

だめだね。キャンセルポリシーが厳しい、値段も他の旅行サイトより高い、検索時にマップ検索ができない、地域の検索の細かい設定ができないと使いにくいことこの上ない。ポイント溜まったら使って仕方なく使う感じ

Just because my phone isn't set in Japanese doesn't mean I wanna use badly translated version of all the information... Badly need language options. 言語選択できません。翻訳のレベルがネット翻訳レベル。
