I believe this is fraud
I have submitted my application for employment more t han five times and it was declined, no explanation no reason for the declination. I contacted support severally no help.they told me they don't accept drivers license but work authorization which I submitted with me drivers license including my I-94 after I also put my social security on the app. I redo again and call they said I didn't take it picture of the back, I did and call they said I didn't snap the front, can't even say even all here

Applying on the website just funnels you to the app, which asks you for I-9 level documentation up front (borderline illegal). When I entered a passport card (checked the number twice) with a friend (already a strange arrangement), it was rejected as a number mismatch and reset the whole I-9 loop with no way to confirm any mistake on my part or theirs. Decent tech jobs, etc. are likely fake.

I spoke with the agency several times emailing phone calls and nothing just collecting your information for nothing no job opportunity at all so I went ahead and deleted my account and uninstall for me it was just a waste of time
I don't know whats going on no one calls me back I have reached out to people an they give me all these numbers.....they dont respond to messages on the app I only gotten one job from the app an every since then no is calling me my cousin has already started working so idk why im not getting a call and its getting frustrating.
It always says that there are no jobs that match , it won't let me add any information .
a uniquely frustrating user experience
The app never gave the same jobs from the website. if I apply online, then I'll receive a text saying to download the app and finish applying, but those same jobs are never on the app. when I use the messaging portion of the app, no one ever responds. Also, if and when I do come across a position I'm interested in and apply..i never hear back from a recruiter.
The same "search" results have been showing for 4+ weeks. No Functioning Updates / Alerts / Editing Capability. Link between Randstad web account seems to be missing, so unable to receive any correspondence that lands in web account.
never get any help on the app your better off using the website then calling the office to speak with a representative
you get hired you schedule your 1st day & get no address just a city & state you call person hired you & get no response leave email voicemail no response you contact app & no way talking to human all it is is a automated message saying get in contact with hiring manager which you've done been 2 months still same hired on but noone tells you where to go
service is subpar at best. Randstad not able to manage the volume they have so they waste your time and hoard your private information with little effort given to support those looking to work. Update 2026: somehow worse over time. Company is essentially a phishing shceme hoarding peoples information. Not worth the headache

Uploaded resume, took assessment, did the I9 and NEVER HEARD FROM THEM!! I have 40 years as a professional customer service agent, and nothing. Zilch. Crickets. I cannot prove it, but I think they are age discrimination against me.
Let me put this in a plain terms as possible. AI isn't making things better, it's worse. For instance this app, they offer jobs too far away. One I have mine set within 10 miles and they offer a job in Indiana 35 miles away 52 minute one way drive for $16 an hour. Is this a joke app. Did you all create this as a joke because this is a joke. Here's one reason you will struggle getting employees with half a brain. Good luck, no thanks! Not recommended!

got through the whole process only for the app to stop connecting to the server. can't any response from support through email or phone. these reviews have to be fake or paid for
It was okay until I gotten 1 job then app shows no other jobs I may be capable of trying to handle having certain difficulties growing older and turning more disabled as to injuries from car accidents or other things. However; I still want to try and people work and dont want to even do the work. My app shows no positions. I'm not into contacting people when I honestly hate them but enjoy some things!

it will not let me look for jobs
Worst idea of organized Employment. I had problems with the onboarding process and tried several different ways to contact staff. I waited on the phone for an hour only to be hung up on. I offered my name as asked and the person treated me to silence and then a dial tone. From within the app I explained my issues and no response was given. I used the I-9 process to verify my address as instructed within the app 3 times only to be led back to step one again in three days. Horrible app and service
no idea about the app, but I worked for Randstad in the 2000's as a forklift operator and they fired me because they told me I should put working for them before completing my college degree and I told them that graduating college was my priority before I started working for them and they knew that when they hired me.
you need another person or representative to do and confirm your i9 forms. I've currently been on hold for more than 34 minutes and unable to confirm anything to help me move forward to find work. I do not recommend this app for people that don't have people to rely on.
Did everything I was supposed to but they never contacted me. Been waiting months. No recruiter has contacted me in any way.
Look at the fine print in the agreement: you are giving the app COMPLETE access to your movements, your calls and texts, your image gallery, literally anything that's in your phone is subject to them selling that information, that you're accepting your private information and images to be public domain allowed for unlimited use by the companies buying your information from Randstad. Don't do it.

this app sucks. agyer calling customer service to fix it, it still wont let me log in. The developers need to be replaced with ai of they cant get it to properly work.
I can't get anyone on the phone to get pass I-9 info. A presentative in the office would be better to assist. I don't want my sss number given out for verification. I have called for 5 months, and no one calls back after leaving several messages.
SCAM!!!! their is a real Randstad agency. I worked there before but this app isn't apart of them. it's a scam to collect all you info and sell it!!!
honestly I can't even tell you if this app works. I signed up, did all the onboarding, last year I got cleared for 3 different jobs and nothing ever happened. at the end of the day I ended up calling the actual randstad office because the app was not telling me anything. and even after talking to 3 representatives i never got a start date. and for the last year and a half it has not shown me any jobs within 27 miles of my location.....so I would look elsewhere for work.
this app keeps freezing on me during the onboarding process. So I can't even complete the application. It stops at the I-9 part of the application. That's why I'm giving it 1 star.
Good luck getting any help from anybody. No one knows what's going on.

The login goes off your phone number. However the website tells you to finish your application on the app by signing in with your email, which is impossible. Even added the email to my account on the app and it still doesn't work.... :/
