this app sucks. agyer calling customer service to fix it, it still wont let me log in. The developers need to be replaced with ai of they cant get it to properly work.
I can't get anyone on the phone to get pass I-9 info. A presentative in the office would be better to assist. I don't want my sss number given out for verification. I have called for 5 months, and no one calls back after leaving several messages.
SCAM!!!! their is a real Randstad agency. I worked there before but this app isn't apart of them. it's a scam to collect all you info and sell it!!!

I signed up, did all the onboarding, last year I got cleared for 3 different jobs and nothing ever happened. at the end of the day I ended up calling the actual randstad office because the app was not telling me anything. and even after talking to 3 representatives i never got a start date. and for the last year and a half it has not shown me any jobs within 27 miles of my location.....so I would look elsewhere for work.

Good luck getting any help from anybody. No one knows what's going on.

jumped through hoops to register only to be told no jobs on the app despite fresh ads on the website. data harvester, report this app for fraud.

I finished all onboarding, my personal info is still in their system from when I applied with them before. I was told no, why can't I?? I don't feel comfortable with this app I feel as though I am being scammed! I want all my personal info wiped clean from this company! do I call the cops or a lawyer
It lost all my information after making it nearly impossible for anyone to verify it with their unwieldy website. Uninstaller. I want my wasted time back.
you wont get paid i swear they want to use your information into their systems To avoid disappointment Don't download this app they will collect your information like social security and driver license and they will end up fire you at the job any job you get hired you will get hired and get fire immediately with no reason.you wont get paid..and they will block u on the app.. they just need your information to sell it out.
PLEASE READ!!! I'm getting a strong feeling this app is a scam, I've completed all my onboarding documents, preferences, etc, and as soon as I do, all the jobs on the app disappear. A message pops up telling me to call support, and every time I do, it claims due to high call volume i can't get through today and hangs up. Dont trust this app with your private information. pick another staffing agency that requires you to come in for these tasks with your sensitive info. FIND ANOTHER AGENCY.
applied for a forklift driver job because of my recent surgery. got placed in a position that im on my feet all day driving a tugger and moving boxes of parts by hand. randstand hr lied to me so they could fill a position that no one wants

The portal is malfunctioning. It is cycling with no end. It is not loading any open or available positions.
The recruiters here either don't contact you after you apply for a position, ghost you after they have you complete yet another job's onboarding process, or, on the rare occasion you are placed in a position, they neglect to inform you after you have only just started said new position three days prior that the assignment ended, so you show for work earlier than scheduled on your next prescheduled workday for no reason. And then they promise you a different position but fail to follow through.

I already told you the problem here and on email. Not wasting time on phone as too many reviews show that phone you can't get thru. Don't waste your time. Got to on boarding and can't upload documents needed. There is no support. Email goes unanswered.

this is a fraud app. They staff is not helpful. Rate it with one star. I don't like this app. This app is nonsense.
It's ok at best compared to other gig apps. But they barely have work. And they show the same jobs over and over again. They also cancel your application for jobs you are perfectly qualified for. And then show you the job they want you to have over and over again. Even if the hrs and pay suck. Or you have said no due to your job preferences!! And the job is far away. They also don't offer same day pay. Use this app in conjuction with others. Because it's not that good!
am i being catfished? ..... has anyone actually gotten a job? it's seems like a complete slap in the face and a waste of time. trying THREE more times and THATS IT

I finished my on-boarding on Saturday. Today it had all been erased. I keep having to fill out everything over and over again.
this app doesn't seem to work. they collect personal information and then don't notify you or contact you. I've heard that others got it to work but you must be desperate enough to be constantly be checking the app or it will just stop working. that's what happened to me. I never heard back and it stopped loading my profile.
application is all the way crashed. keeps saying error server timed out. deleted until fixed

download the app for a job I got an email about but the app keeps crashing won't let me go on already cleared cache and restarted my phone why does everything have to be done electronically to get a job
the app just will not open on my phone, no update needed either! it's really frustrating
always post jobs that are far away with low pay. then when you actually apply for a job and fill everything out you get stuck on the step where a recruiter should reach out for a drug test only to find out later that the job has been removed. also you miss out on applying to other opportunities because it only lets you apply to one posting at a time until they either approve you or remove the posting. Giant waste of peoples time.
you can only apply to one job you cant look at other ones while that's pending. if you dont get the job maybe you'll get shown another one. waste of time
applied fot multiple jobs, got to the "drug test" portion which was the second to last step before a potential offer letter. it says a recruiter will reach out and no one ever did. clicking the help button go me no where as well. calling my branch just directs me to voicemail.
Never get notifications. App doesn't respond.
It's terrible. I can't finish the "onboarding" process because the text cannot be scrolled down to hit the "yes" button on the 2nd screen. It literally won't take yes (or no) for an answer! They've eliminated the ability to finish the profile on a real computer, so the result is a completely useless app as well as website. Well done, guys. 🙄

This app was always sending emails about jobs but when I went in the app the job was never there!
awful, it suggested loads of jobs but as soon as I uploaded my contact information, it's blank. I can't even delete my account. Just uninstalled.
nobody responds. the application process stays stuck claiming someone will contact me but never does. Tiffany, does the app work? is it active and functional? cause no one is responding going in 3 weeks now
