Because of a new bug, this app refuses to send my application for a job. It used to work fine for 6 years and now this app is broken.
Verbraucher unfreundlich
Once they got all my information, including a picture of my drivers license and ss card they ghosted me. Not a single job, no contact, when I enter my password to log in it says an error occurred. So I can't even send a message. Horrible app. Don't waste your time with this one, they just want your info to sell.
Meh. Second Randstad app installed. Not possible to log in 😭. Developer, please, can you explain, why it doesn't work in Canada, Montreal. Thank you

Very bad treatment. They have cut my sick benefits even though I was sick. Very bad
particularly in the Netherlands 1.Payslips were issued to me, yet the corresponding payments never reflected in my account 2.It is imperative to manually calculate your monthly hours to avoid financial losses 3.Contacting the support line proves to be a challenge as they are only adept at transferring calls 4.Filing complaints through the complaint line and form is futile. Despite lodging over 9 complaints for the same issue, I have yet to receive any response. What an utter waste of time!
Wil je met werk worden afgeladen, voor veel te weinig salaris ? Bij Randstad zelf, van de ene debiele fout in de andere vallen ? Kies dan, voor Randstad Utrecht. Twee van de arrogantste, domste en slechtste medewerkers "werkten" hier: Tessa Stekelenburg (Arrogant, had een dochter van Kaag (D'66) kunnen zijn) en Wesley Stuger (Dom). Aanvullend blijkt het organisatorisch intern letterlijk een grote "woke" puinhoop - Waarbij het nog maar de vraag is of jouw loon bij jezelf terechtkomt.

The worst company ever. I was working for like a year and tried to get even a locker. They didn't even provide it, while new employees from different agencies got it instantly. Non stop empty promises. They brought so many people, but only for 1-3 days per week, while contract said full time. One month came 50people and after 2 weeks those people left cos no full time. In 3 months left only 5 people. I was just waiting till my contract ends and applied to better agency. NO RECOMMENDED RANDSTAD

The app is insanely slow and crashes on a regular basis. And then when you want to contact the customer service about an issue with hours or wage it is standard to be stuck on wait for 20 to 45 minutes
One of the worst apps I have ever seen! Please fix the bugs. It takes years to get logged in. In Every step, it requires huge time to work! Sometimes, it fails to operate at all.

Het is dat deze app nodig is om inzage te krijgen in mijn vakantie uren, loonstroken en betalingen, en het daarom nodig heb. Deze app is traag, 8/10 keer doet iets het gewoon niet en mag je wachten tot morgen in de hoop dat het dan wel werkt. Als het werkt, is het traag. Soms moet je 5x je app opnieuw opstarten voordat hij een keer je loonstrook wil laden. Slechtste werk app die ik ooit heb meegemaakt.
90% van de functionaliteit van deze app staat op de website... Wat is het nut van deze app precies? Ik heb al een browser op mijn telefoon.
Poor experience actually noticeably alot worse then i expected. I am left dazed and confused well and truly shocked by the usability. I downloaded the app now for the first time tried to set up a user account it says my email address has an account already set up so i request the user name and password i follow the link in the email it takes me to the page asking for my user name and password. Maybe i will be better off without the app or access to my personal information i think.i rate it zero⭐

It's really bad this app . I'm glad I don't need it dayly like other people I know, otherwise I had problems every day if I'm depending on this App . I don't have nothing more to say about it .

The app is very slow. And after the last update (with the 'new coat of paint'), the welcome screen freezes and it won't open. Instead of making the app 'prettier', maybe you could make it to run properly (and not to run/load that slow)

Bad app, please make a FAQ system instead of this retarded help system with some options, let me chose which questions i have and let me chose where to find a phone number. i hate having these useless conversations with this useless system and if you misclick once.. better start over again. i r8 not gr8

Very frustrating help and info bot that wastes my time and doesn't offer solutions other than to contact ranstad ..give me faqs or help files to find answers about registering holidays etc ..wlso salary slips dont show the umbers of hrs worked so I can't see the extra hours I worked above my 40hr contra t and i have to calculate myself from the gross these are my reason for marking it down
No use at all in finding a job, you might as well look in local papers. The 1 extra star is because there's at least some semblance of an organisation
One of the most important options has been deleted: Quick Accumulated Vacationdays view. Really hope you guys bring this back into the app.
App is okay maar bij de helpdesk chat worden de vragen nooit beantwoordt en als je belt is nemen ze niet op! Ik heb letterlijk al meer dan 10x gebeld de afgelopen 2 dagen en ik moest uiteindelijk teruggebeld worden. Ze gingen voor mij kijken en nu weer niks en kan ze WEER niet bereiken. Slechte service

Very indicipline.. The contact person never takes the call when want to ask some questions. She also do not check massages , though she is working. Very bad service by them. Very much disappointed .
Zolang je er in komt werkt het aardig. Maar om er in te kunnen komen moet ik elke keer, zonder uitzondering, eerst mijn telefoon opnieuw opstarten. Niet echt gebruiksvriendelijk.
