I used to rely on Rapido, but the service has completely deteriorated. Prices are skyrocketing, but the quality has hit rock bottom. The captains are incredibly rude, reckless, and outright ignore instructions. My sister narrowly avoided accidents three times due to unsafe driving. To make matters worse, a driver recently dropped me at the completely wrong destination, tried to manipulate me into believing it was my fault, and claimed he didn't know the area though it was just 100 m away.

This app has suspended my account for a long time. In this regard a ticket has been opened for a long time. But the issue has not been resolved yet. Bakwas service. I have already sent my registered mobile number through mail. But I didn't get any reply. Very poor service.
most of the time driver denie go as per agreed rate, either he asking extra money or asking go as per meter. if we refused it then they strted using abusive word.

don't use this app. if you involve in an accident on any ride they will never help you in insurance claim of ride. they have partnership with Acko and they both endup saying they can't process the claim and reject that. totally fraud and very risky to take ride.

I had booked a ride at around 2:15 pm. The fare from Jawahar Nagar to RICO Industrial Area was showing as ₹42 but even after waiting for an hour the rider did not come. When I messaged him, he said that he will not go for less than ₹150 and was talking rudely.

Rapido customer support is unprofessional. They do not have their GST number on their receipt. I did not see any invoice. Also the receipt is sent only upon request. Rapido doesn't have any system of collecting payment before starting rides. Rapido customer support doesn't assist to register complaint. Recent two experiences, the receipt amount does not match the payment done. Does Rapido have any mechanism to register complaints? Is registering complaints with Govt. ministries the only option?
in the initial days of introducing rapido app captains used to accept immediately. but in recent days from when the add on is added to the app they are expecting more and more charges for the trip. my trip got rejected by 25-29 captains. it's not at all fair. if we have other sources why would we book trip for more charges. it was that urgent that I booked a bike. kindly take my request to solve the problem ASAP...

why are you asking me to rate captains for "safety for women"? I am not a woman. how am I supposed to know how safe a woman would feel driving with a captain?
One of my friends booked a Rapido ride, and due to a mistake by the driver, the ride resulted in a big accident and my friend was hospitalized. She sustained crushed ribs, face, liver, legs, and hands. Rapido isn't taking any responsibility and isn't providing any support through the insurance that Rapido mentions in the app. Yes, it was a mistake by the driver, but the cab she booked was through your platform and, yes, you are responsible for any safety incidents. Own it.

My experience with Rapido has been very poor. Frequent ride cancellations, long waiting times, and drivers demanding extra fare make the platform difficult to trust. A ride-hailing service should provide convenience, but this experience has been the opposite.
