I never once had the opportunity to use this application properly, never I get a proper ride from this app , the drivers accept the ride and they never come , try texting and calling..that also seems to be useless. Proper action needs to be taken with such people. And a proper medium sould be available to connect with the drivers.
there is no customer support portal and no customer support call facility. i book one ride and the driver takes more fare then shown in portal.

High charging booking
customer care / help desk is most worst here and drivers are asking for higher prices or else they are asking to cancel the ride from our end , it's terrible to tolerate their rude behaviours too
Drivers never accept the price which rapido shows by default. Even if any driver accept the ride, they ask to take offline ride and charge us more. Rapido is not taking action.
Worst service. Captains accept the ride and make you wait for 20-30 minutes then cancel the ride. Wasting valuable time. People use these apps so they don't have to hunt for cabs, but this completely nullifies the benefit of booking from an app. People have to reach places, and wasting 30 minutes can cost people. As it has cost me. It's clear that the drivers don't face any penalties for cancellation.

Your app don't refresh for next ride. if I have to book a new ride it still shows previous rider info.

The worst app ever, the drivers never accept bookings even if they accept they will go to the wrong pickup spot and won't receive the call either. I just hate this app, never recommend anyone about this app.

My experience with the Rapido platform has been very bad. I had ₹257 in my wallet balance, and when I requested a refund process, they returned only ₹20 to me. I have had many such negative experiences with them so far. It is a very poor platform, and after this,I will not recommend anyone to use it. I have already sent them all the information,including my bank statement and details of how much amount was credited to my account from their side. Even then, I have not received any proper response
I have trusted this app for a long time, but today while travelling to my hostel, the ride fare was ₹98 for 9 km. As we were about to reach the destination, the rider said we had already arrived, even though my actual destination was still 700 m away. He claimed that his app showed it that way and took another route instead. Then suddenly the fare was up to ₹128, even the app said 128 then but now 98 ₹again. What kind of SCAM is this? It wasn't my fault if the APP was Glitching? Disappointed.
many drivers asking double amount after they confirmed, if fair is 50 they asking 100. this happened me in Salem
