Why is there yoga in a mortgage app?
Literally one of if not the most frustrating apps on my phone. Absolute P.I.T.A. to use this to make make a payment.

when I go to upload a document from my phone it goes to the take a picture. very frustrating. please fix!
The very first thing I saw was an ad for Depok Chopra. I didn't need to see anything else.
All of the positive reviews are from employees (you can Google the names on the reviews to tell). App is garbage. Closed on my mortgage 7 business days ago (after closing was delayed multiple times) and it still says "check back in 2-3 days" to see the service portal. While waiting approval, the loan tracker never once updated. While still not great, the website is at least usable. This app is pointless.
This app literally does nothing. If you want 2min videos from Deepak Chopra telling you obvious "revelations" then sure. "If you're not meditating regularly, then you should meditate more" lol okay dude. If you use the mortgage calculator it ends up just telling you to contact an agent most of the time when none of their "products" match. Their financial wellness section is literally " need cash now? Just take out a personal loan! It's so easy! Takes 5min on our website, not our app". Lol
Worthless app. The five star reviews are all coming from people that work for guaranteed rate I'm assuming.
What's up with all the fake reviews? Clearly the company demands employees to give a 5 star review. This loan company bought my loan from my original loan servicer and then gave me hundreds of headaches to be able to pay. The app has never worked and the website barely works. And now I'm learning that they sold my loan to another servicer and I'm currently locked out from modifying my personal info. What a ridiculous company.
Didn't work. Keeps saying rate and never loads
The app is difficult to move around with how much it loads. The companirs "helpful" pages are very basic. It's like they needed to put something out there to check the box but in the end the app got the job done.
I had high hopes for this app and I sent it to my clients since I'm a real estate broker. I am absolutely certain that the first place they are going is calculating their mortgage interest and payment based on their down payment and potential purchase amount. However, the app does not allow for plugging in taxes or PMI even though there is a field for it. When you punch n the PMI n taxes number do not show up, fields stay blank.
