I posted a review about how the tracklist had been removed from shows that I play on catch up. The developer replied that I need to contact support, I did that but apart from an automatic reply I received no support.
Rubbish app. I can't find the list of songs played in the show. The app is too confusing. There's no listen to the show from the start, if I miss it.

Persistently keeps dropping out. The only app I have that does this.
Since the latest update favourites doesn't work. Please fix this or I'll cancel my subscription.
Rubbish design. Completely un-user-friendly. No save, no favourites, no play next. Search often doesn't list a programme unless you trawl through lists of hundreds of programmes. Programme listed not available/ cannot find . Conectivity extremely poor, often dropping out (BBC still available without loss).
Keeps signing out
it won't let me register. I've downloaded the app, entered my email address and it goes straight to password. if I don't have a password and the app doesn't recognise my email address to send me a password change, how am I supposed to get on?
Bloody awful
Broken again! The 'For You' page is now blank. Clearing the cache and data did restore it for a while, but now blank again on re-opening.

only using this so I can listen to planet rock, but it is constantly buffering and crashing lately
App is great but the constant request to enable notifications is getting annoying. I don't want to be notified, I am happy to allow adverts when using the app but do not want to be pestered when im not using it.
App needs more work! having to login every few days to use the app is annoying along with having to reset the password periodically, it could do with downloading more data so that when you hit no signal for a minute it doesnt cut out, randomly stops playing and you have to force close app and then restart it.

OK App - Does what it says on the tin. Ever since the latest update the 'For You' page is blank 99.5% of the time, which is annoying.
For such a large media organisation, this app is a poor reflection of its resources. It's clunky to use and navigate, often some elements just dissappear. The dedicated Planet Rock was far better- at least I could easily find the shows and content with that version whereas the Rayo app is awful.
Another update and gone worse some parts load some parts don't.
this App crashed tonight for a few hours. couldn't log into account so had to create a new one due to App fault.. won't be subscribing again..
premium subscription but the app says it's unavailable. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone. Still nothing
could be much better. main problems are app is unable to recover from a poor network connection. on android auto you just get an unhelpful source error. on the phone, the main page just doesn't load. also, when using android auto, I have just one favourite station. but when I use the app, I have to touch the screen 3 times to get this running. you should be able to start the app and with one press get your favourite running. This would make it safer to use when driving.
I can't get the app to work and am finding that even the original radio app for Greatest Hits, is now switching off when the screen closes to save the battery. when I open it most of the controls and settings have disappeared. I have tried emptying the cache, reinstalling and anything else you could think of, but it's no go. I have been contacted by the developers to help, but will just use my car DAB and home dab radios, instead, as it's too much hassle to sort at the moment. Moto G range phone
