keep crashing not working for Android
stopped updating my logbook automatically, doesn't notify you. now it's failing to login to flica. they own both pieces of software but somehow can't integrate the two. was way better before CAE got ahold of it.

This app forces Excel files and MS office files to be defaulted to Roster, this prevents files from opening.

Terrible value even at the free level. constantly logging out. Crashes so hard that you have to uninstall and reinstall regularly. It is easier just to save a PDF to your phone.

Since today 26.07.2025 I cant log-in! Server Error! For the price we pay its insane the instability of this app... edit: its the day and its still not working!!

Does not synchronize with the calendar
Junk. 3 months and they can't fix any of my problems the biggest being my inability to download flights on my roster. I can't even get a refund. Edit thank you for your quick reply to my review, if only you could fix the problem as quickly. Double edit still not working...

Awful roster import, plenty of mistakes and even Check in events imported as Unknown. Reported for almost a year and no fixes! Difficulty in modifying what's been imported (if the system think one import is a flight, you can't change it to GT or the opposite) Useful only to export to Google Calendar, is that worthy paying subscription? After more than a year, absolutely nothing has changed
Is not working with the, CCSPlus of United
Unable to download the roster either using the automatic download or manual download. Try few times including clearing the cache but still cannot download roster. Error message was "Invalid request" even correct web address shown.
Disappointment. The app does not upload my roster anymore, which invalidates the whole point of the app itself. I also am unable to manually upload my roster via excel or CSV or PDF. And this is after me paying for my second year of premium membership.
Doesn't download the crew list, which is the most important thing as purser.
Having used RB for many years, my airline at tge time endorsed RB and my data was integrated into a corporate account. Having left that airline, all of my data was kept within the corporate RB account and cannot be transferred back to my personal RB account (where most of it was added originally anyway!). GDPR failings.
App is years out of date compared to the IOS version, feature lacking and no UI overhaul

Same here. I can't download my roster in either android or ios. Tried everything. Shame because I liked it. Now I have to cancel subscription and find something else
I’ve had a thoroughly frustrating experience with customer service. I requested a refund for a service that I’ve been paying for but which has not been delivered or is completely unusable. Instead of addressing my concern directly, my request for a refund was outright denied without any valid reason or explanation. If you're looking for responsive, responsible customer service, I would strongly advise against using RosterBuster. I’m incredibly disappointed by their lack of accountability.

Problems with syncing via a Microsoft account login. A few replies from support but now no communication. Manual uploads and mailing the roster is also not working anymore. Practically U/S now.
Auto update feature doesn't work, kindly allow manual update as a back up to be returned to the app. Thank you

Recently the dates and time of my roster comes up incorrectly. Doesn't download my roster correctly. Even bought premium to see if it made any difference but no change...
There is no real support when stuff goes wrong. The app does not export to third part logbooks anymore as claimed.
Update: Trying it again but this time it doesn't download my roster. It just gives a server error even tho I'm connected to the Internet. Doesn't even let me create an account. Only thing it says is to "check the details". All my info is correct, tried from scratch several times. No information on what is actually wrong. No links or contact information to get help setting up an account.
Really wanted this to work so I could use it with RB logbook. Never could get my FLICA schedule always server error. This is a CAE app, and FLICA is also CAE. Not sure what the problem is.
I give it 1 star for their efforts. FC View has been by far the best. Unfortunately, corporate greed forced crews to delete it.
Worst app with worst customer service, i have issues going on with downloading roster from couple months and sent couple emails to support team and opened couple tickets but no help till now...only response i get "we are looking into it" and no solution...feels like I'm being robbed ...don't waste your money....worst app for Android
Rb has stopped updating calendar. Support has done sheeeeit. Email sent. Problem persists.
Poor app, doesn't sync calendar on android, doesn't have the same functionality as on iPhone. Not good.
Doesn't sync with Flica. It just says "something went wrong, try again later". Just stick with Flight crew view. This app is typical CAE trash.
Unfortunately there is no negative Stars for this app. It is one of most pathetic app ever designed 1. Absolutely not user friendly 2 its money making scam 3 no one bothered to resolve the issues Support nd cust care is the worst you can ever imagine. UNINSTALLED Hell with you Roster Buster
This new update doesnt allow me to ever open a pdf doc without exporting it to RB! I can't even open any pdf file anymore. Also: my pick-up times are not loaded in RB anymore and they used to be there in the previous version. So please fix this if you want airline crew to keep using your applictation.
I have not been able to sync the roster with flica for 4 months. I have communicated this problem with the support team. All they say is that they are working on it. FLICA, as well as RosterBuster, is a CAE probuct, 4 months for a resolution is unacceptable. RosterBuster is required for some of the features of RB Logbook, which is a paid service.
Not working for Air India. Although now CAE has taken up the scheduling system for Air India. And the CAE app gives and option to link RB with it. It still doesn't work. Get your act together guys. Most frustrating app to use
