Dec '25, repeat of the same issue. The app crashes every time I select 'support'...... Failed to recognise my subscription in the app despite payment being confirmed. No response to my customer service ticket after a month and two reminder emails. Please provide full refund. This is the only customer service channel to respond to me.
Ticket: 340315 Yet again after 3 years of paying for their premium service, I am, for the 3rd year in a row, trying to access premium features. I'm now up to 3 months of a 12 month subscription with no premium features. I've tried multiple emails, put URGENT in the subject line to no avail. The only reply... 22/10/25 It's now 2 months later and still no premium. No support after 20+ emails and I'm almost 1/2 way through the paid premium subscription. What a waste of money. Stay well away.
0 support for the app, sent a few emails about 3 or 4 months ago and still no response. i highly recommend you find yourself another Logbook.

Terrible experience. Queries and logging of day/ night dont add up correctly and ive been trying to get this issue fixed for years.
Does not work as expected. Does not answer messages about cancel subriction
The worst support imaginable! Basically non existent and extremely poor. 27/06/24 I've done that but it would be great if you replied to support requests in a timely manner. Waiting three plus weeks for support is pathetic and unacceptable. I can assure you I have a current account too!
Terrible terrible service. When this app was new they seemed quite good on the customer service front, but for the last 18 months they never respond to you and there are constantly glitches. DO NOT BUY.
I paid a subscription... And the application doesn't work... You took my money and the application is on free mode still..The application asking me to pay again....!!!! ....I wonder how many costumers having the same issue...? What is this ..?? ... and you don't answer in my emails as well.... Very unprofessional... I will claim immediately.. where is your costumers support??? They never answer on support email you are giving us.... I want my money back to my account immediately please.
I purchased premium for this app but even though the money was deducted the app kept saying I didn't have it. I submitted a support request to get it resolved which took about 1 month to receive feedback from by which point I had already started using a different app and asked for a refund their response was that they resolved the issue which they did not so I submitted another request asking for a refund and after more than another month they finally fixed the issue but I don't care anymore.
Used to be a nice to use app with acars pictures. Now, with the picture taking acars functions deleted, it's no better than a paper logbook
Multiple and critical things don't work and support is inexistent (like closing tickets as solved with no answer). This used to be a great app, but CAE seems to have ruined it. I'm about to give up on roster buster as well, I have both paid for because they worked so well together
Doesn't work. Tried the trial, Flica doesn't sync properly. For a while I would just uninstall, reinstall the app after each trip but as you can imagine that got old quick. But even that doesn't work anymore. Emailed support in Dec, still unresolved and my trials up. Don't recommend.
Went to add my acars photo to my logbook and it is not there anymore. Waiting for update to fix this. I will be canceling my subscription and will be deleting the app. I no longer have faith in any of RB products.
I paid for the monthly subscription via Google Play, the app gave me premium features for a few hours and then now it says "free" and removed all premium features. When trying to upgrade via the app it won't let me as it says I have an active subscription. I emailed the RB help desk a week ago, still no answer. Please fix!
Was great but then they removed the acars feature which was the only reason I was using this app.

Having problems with old flights duplicating causing large discrepancy in total times. No support whatsoever from provided email or social media accounts. Also syncing very unreliable lately. Have no choice now but to manually reconcile nearly 3 years of faulty data. Was great when launched. Now not fit for purpose. Dont get caught!!!

I have both roster buster and logbook however I have been unable to print a casa Australian logbook. It won't give me an option to use a pdf viewer to open the report it says DONE but doesn't give me any options to open. Have sent support 5 requests but no response 😕
