I hate it
Videos are not playing, and there are multiple issues with the games. My child has earned eggs to play games, but the games do not load. Instead, the eggs disappear as they are used to play but nothing comes up on the screen or the cards for example will not flip over. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and ensured it is up to date, but several bugs persist in this version. Can you suggest ways to help resolve these issues and recover the eggs? My child is quite upset.

Never Give them any back account. They steal money. Even if you cancel. They then Take even yearly fees.

As soon as we downloaded and started it, my phone blew up telling me three times a virus has been detected, my photos and banking info is being leaked. The app seemed great, leaking of my info absolutely not worth it.
why does it keep resetting
I thought the previous menu was bad! Absolutely hate the layout now, will not be paying for another year. We'll make do with the free ones.

Description said a trial period of 30 days, I got charged instantly for a month! Requested a refund.
Not working for us. The boys tried to take the placement test, but could not get past the "please rotate your device" screen. We tried 3 different devices. Does anyone have any better suggestions?
update - its not my devices causing the sound issues as I have tried using it on various devices, samsung, apple, lenovo etc. also I have been looking in the library for books to read for my son who is 5. NONE of the books are readable for a 5 year old. they all have too many difficult words please fix major sound issues. for example the videos are extremely loud but then the activities are really quiet. so frustrating, have to adjust the volume all the time. please fix.

The problems persisted and now she loses lives and boxes fill for clicking the correct answer meaning she's repeating the same thing over and over until I force restart. Not worth £1 a month, let a lone £10 a month! Subscription cancelled.
way to expensive for an app like that
After the update it now gets stuck on 'please rotate your device' and now we cant use the app.
don't like it anymore
app was good at the start but for about a month it freezes alot and logs you out of your session very frustrating
it keeps on taking the muney even if u delete the app.
