good App, but when you report bugs they just ignore them. ive reported the same bug 6 times and nothing gets fixed and the CS team just questions me and doesn't fix Jack. and their comments prove my point. they dont care to help.. I will not your team keeps lying to me and this is bs and you clearly can't read THAT I AM IN CONTACT WITH THEM
I've tried to cash out several times this week, then get an error issue try again later. I've never had an issue cashing out & when I use the contact us feature i respond to the questions asked but after answering the last question no response at all

There is no bar code on the email for the e card to be able to use
when I went to redeem for $5 they suspended my account for "fake referral".... never done a fake referral and haven't even done a referral since some time in 2025. scam.
TERRIBLE APP. APP SUCKS. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. it's the worst of all apps. takes you forever to get anything. takes you days after you scan receipts that are clear as day. why does it take days? use other apps. this one ain't worth it!
after signing up with this app it required I got two factor security code so I did, then my entire email account disappeared from my phone and haven't been able to get it back
why Uber receipt is not accepted as a full receipt? most people spend money on Uber eats! it should be counted as a full receipt! I hope Receipt Hog will changed this issues!!! thanks so much!

Don't waste your time with this app
only 1 point per receipt and no surveys I'm probably going to close it
It has rejected 2 of my receipts in the last 3 days from No Frills stating that it's an old receipt. I even resubmitted them circling the date and writing out that day's date and highlighting a spelled out today's date and still being rejected. You always have to email them to say that the receipts are a correct date. It's just not worth the low cash value on such a frustrating task that is repeated every single week when I shop there. Save your frustrations and use other user friendly apps.

It is a good way to keep your receipts but when you try to cash out it will not let you verify your phone but they sent stuff to my phone but it is not my phone number so I think it is a scam but they want me to tell them what is wrong well I did and they say sorry for your luck but someone else is using my phone number so there is nothing that can be done

I have found errors in this app's limiting of receipts. They say that they allow only three receipts per store per day, but I have found that they have often limited the receipts to a qty of 2 incorrectly! And they always limit or block the largest receipt. I wrote to them about one, and they corrected it. Now the link to "contact support" for me is now no longer working. Hmmm - not good.

Been with this app almost 5 years and maybe won 25 coins from a sweepstakes, lol. Saw another review about them declining an online receipt because it was unable to be read and looking at my recent activity, did it to me too😔
i used to love this app as my favorite as of recently is it not taking any of my Walmart receipts but will take my other ones which is a big issues bec living in a small town where Walmart is the big Go to getting everything just about its highly annoying that all of a sudden the receipts are invalid and no reason as to why. highly annoying and what else is annoying is they hardly give surveys and then when they do the points don't always get added. waste of my time.
