had no problem with 5 dollar gift cards etc. but then when I tried 20 dollar they said warned you and deactivated my account and scammed me out of 20 that it took a while to earn they used the info from the 20 dollar worth of receipts but didn't give me anything. they said some receipt was blurrycreases. or other things in picture. or if i bought stuff at my workplace or unlike fetch and receipt hog if you accidentally didn't get all of Pic and take multiple pic they just say duplicate.
they stole my 1000 coins after i verified everything they asked me ... shame makes me never want to open the app apparently you can't invite family or you will get punished

falsely marks two different receipts as the same receipt. this has happened countless times now costing me many points.

this is the worst app ever, I have the receipts I had over 9,000 points and was going to redeem the points they said I have ineligible receipts which I do not and they wouldn't even show me what receipts were ineligible. when I called and asked them why they're saying that they are ineligible they say that they are not my receipts and still could not provide me with the information that they are trying to accuse me of and now I am permanently suspended. several others are complaining of the same

it is telling me it not available in the usa i want the money i am owed
×edit: nobody responded at that email address. it took me over 4 years to save up 19,000 points for $100. they suspended my account with no pay. they claimed I receipt dived. nope. just 4 years worth of receipts. for nothing. losers. don't waste you time.
A joke. They decided to randomly suspend my account and take back my reward for "receipt ownership". I've gone to the same places and I've been using this app for two years.
I can't take a picture of the receipt it keeps saying keep phone flat. this app is staring to get glitchy.
Borderline scam. Do NOT use! they approve your reciept after uploading , then when you go to cash out, they say they won't pay you cause your recipets are no good (which they already tested) then you reach out to them and they never reply. then they deactivate your account.
Didn't use the app for a month and they took away all the points I had accumulated for the last year. Can't use receipts older than 7 days. Too many restrictions on what kind of receipts can be used. Waste of time. Fetch is MUCH better and easier
Shaking takes to long to run, 90% of time did not get any rewards points. Total waste of time. Takes too long to upload receipts, lots of time cannot upload. Very unfriendly customer service, cancelled my for unreasonable cause
Lately it doesn't open, a blank screen appears.
not a bad app and you can actually cash out but it takes a long time to earn to be able to cash out and in top of it they make you wait 4-5 days which I find unfair
Keeps saying no available in my country when I try to open the app when it IS available in my country and reconfirmed as available on the website. Frustrating
I have been using this App for a few year with minimal issues. However, just recently, online receipts - Amazon - have become a big problem. Receipt Jar have been good to stay in contact with me, but no solution has been offered. I've decided it's now time to move on to another App.
Use to work fine but for the last months, I have had trouble with flash. it is so aggressive to have to turn off and back on better each and ever receipt I take pictures of!!! I contacted them there trying to say it's my phone well it is NOT !!! LIKE I TOLD THEM ITS ONLY THERE APP HAPPEN WITH NO OTHER RECEIPT APP I USE . ALSO NEW PHONE NOW ! STILL HAPPENING. I HAVE EVEN UNINSTALLED & REINSTALLED THE APP. THE FLASH NEEDS FIXED AND IT DON'T LIKE UPLOADING GOOD EITHER 😒 🙄 😑 😤 PLEASE FIX THE PRO
This app is really good at getting rewards, doesn't take a lot of time to get something, but I'm not sure if they removed the prepaid giftcard if so that's really unfortunate because that reward was very convenient and I was stacking my points for it too.
scanning receipts at fist was good, now almost everything I scan says invalid or expired the day after I got the receipt. seems like a waste of time now.
app started to get glitches i had a 5 $ gift card saved up and now because my email wasn't connecting to your app it deleted me. had to switch to another receipt program.
