when you open the map and try to find camping it shows a camping but it doesn't show where you are now, so you don't see yourself on the map and how far you are from the camping site, in any app's map you have a point (dot) with your location, except this app, why did they missed this important thing?
it just doesn't work in so many ways. I don't get emails, doesn't load, I can't see some of my permits, gives me wrong information.
Horrible. The app is full of bugs and borderline unusable. I favorited the park I need tickets for so I can access it quickly and now every time I open it the view is completely broken and has no information on it. Clicking a shared link just opens the main page which is useless. The app frequently crashes and needs restarting. 0/10 experience.
The program should be on The Fleecing of America if they still had that... the app is dyafunctional too. Doesn't work well without good mobile signal (like if you're at some remote BLM campground) and gives you blatantly wrong info about NPS campgrounds (like how many vehicles the spot reserved will accomodate). Camping is not something that's improved by an app.
tried for a week to get Cadillac mountain sunrise tickets. even when tickets are available after opening multiple times, unable to select a time in the ticket options. pretty sure app is broken for this and probably similar tickets
It's ridiculous that I can't use my senior pass.Digitally and have to wait for it to be mailed.

notifications for open campsites lead to nowhere on Android. it just opens the app. Make The notification for an open campsite take me to the campsite that I want to register!
