the app does not work
If you are trying to make people like you again, this is not the way. I literally come and eat with you guys everyday, bring my family, and everything else. but your app is a piece of crud. Half the time it takes you to the website instead, and then when you try to use points, it tells you that your current location doesn't take points. I've tried this from everywhere from Greenville to Mesquite. I don't know what your problem is but this is not how you get your customers back. Figure it out.
tried to sign in and it said my phone number was used by an account and I need to sign in. while I was trying to sign in.

I trying to login into it but it won't let me. When you click on "Login" it ask for all your information like it is trying to get you to create an account. Once you fill it out, it says "the phone number or email is associated with an account." I am not trying to create an account, I am trying to login my account."

Broken app. Tapping either 'ENROLL' or 'SIGN IN' only goes back to 'ENROLL / SIGN IN' screen. It's been like this for a while now.... 7/12/24 is where similar posts began. Last app update was 7/10/24. 4/6/26- app is still broken!!! 'Error Code 9031'

Have to type in your phone number with a very specific syntax or it won't accept it. Been happening for months, this is absurd.

I love Red Lobster but some of the female waitresses do not wait on me after bringing me my food. I order " ALL YOU CAN EAT" I never get this so I stopped going. Chesapeake has my business
They changed their menu for the sake of profit for them. Being priced out of everything now Red lobster 🦞. oh well I know how to cook. my home cooked meals are just as good & better save me a lot of money? I'm gone, out & u don't even care!
Terrible app. Does not let you return back to the menu section when you finish checking out another menu item. When you choose 'Close' in the app or hit the back tab on your phone, it takes you back to the 'Home' part of the app instead of where you left off.
up til now app has been good, but last couple days it, is not showing my rewards or offers. what happened? I even tried uninstall/reinstall.
This app used to work great. Ever since the bankruptcy and restructuring the mobile ordering does not work. Not even directly on the website either. The rewards part still works, but that's it.
rewards disappear before they can be applied.
