Broken app. Tapping either 'ENROLL' or 'SIGN IN' only goes back to 'ENROLL / SIGN IN' screen. It's been like this for a while now.... 7/12/24 is where similar posts began. Last app update was 7/10/24. 4/6/26- app is still broken!!! 'Error Code 9031'

Have to type in your phone number with a very specific syntax or it won't accept it. Been happening for months, this is absurd.

the developer should be ashamed as well as red lobster for being openly aware of the bugs in the trash app. don't download. save yourself the headache

Firrst of all the CEO is old enough to be my grandson which is really crazy. Then there trying to poison you with plastic now in your meals. Boil in a bag? That sounds like plastic in your food. Horrible!

can't log in. password works but keeps going g back to the log in screen.
Scan in receipt and will not give rewards
instead of saying delivery not available they make it so you drive yourself crazy...wait until after you enter all your info and then error in the phone number. I tried all the different formats and different numbers, still error that its not a full number. multiple devices, multiple days, same error. complain to them, they dont care enough to actually fix it.
This app doesn't work at all on the Pixel 9XL pro. When trying to enroll you encounter a blank screen!
I love Red Lobster but some of the female waitresses do not wait on me after bringing me my food. I order " ALL YOU CAN EAT" I never get this so I stopped going. Chesapeake has my business
They changed their menu for the sake of profit for them. Being priced out of everything now Red lobster 🦞. oh well I know how to cook. my home cooked meals are just as good & better save me a lot of money? I'm gone, out & u don't even care!

This app used to work great. Ever since the bankruptcy and restructuring the mobile ordering does not work. Not even directly on the website either. The rewards part still works, but that's it.

App hardly ever offers any deals or offers. Overpriced
This app is terrible. I get the I am not a robot and check the box and it comes up invalid captcha no picture comes up and can't get into the app to scan receipts and access my rewards. Some times I don't get the recaptcha and then it works. This app is not reliable.
