Horrible service!!! Waited outside for nearly 45 minutes, then more waiting at table 45 minutes. Wow food still came out as a hockey puck as I watched the hockey game on TV. Total disappointment from the host, to the server and management team. Kitchen manager should be fired. Happy the cooks having a good time in the back, all the laughs while I'm crying for the time wasted.

Useless, it's stuck on adding my birthday and is impossible to use without that step.

Can't even get in the app. When I try to sign in it gives an error when the app wants to verify my birthday. seems like app has a lot of bugs that need fixed based off the other reviews.
Latest update sucks. When you try to reorder a previous order the app crashes! Great job guys!
2.2026 Password is never accepted and reset email never comes is still happening. Real impediment to actually ordering food. Even on the second account that I created the password never works nor does a reset arrive. Does your system have a problem with special characters in the password?
can't get past the add your birthday. apparently it doesn't exist

I just got an email saying my birthday is coming up and if I wanted a free burger, I better go spend the same amount of money the burger would have been. This rewards program does not feel rewarding. I've enjoyed my free birthday burger for the last 18+ years, bringing in anywhere from 5-10 more people with me each time. This will be the first year I skip because I didn't spend enough within their set time frame.
App is not functional on my Pixel 8. It appears to be completely locked up. Still broken two months later. Why can't I give ZERO stars?
You lost a family order tonight and Mondays to come because you no longer allow me to customize the Monday burger special. All I want to do is hold the sauce but you no longer allow it. Terrible customer service.
fails to open after I enter birthday
app is confusing I keep having to start a new account and I loose all my points. makes me mad. I have been a member for years and come often to dine in at the restaurant but I cant get anything but a milkshake on my birthday. I have spent way more then 10 dollars dining in this year. seems like a trick to get people to sign up and not give the reward of burgers. wish you just used the cards like in the past i always recieved my points to my account when you had them.
After the recent app update, there is nowhere I can earn my point from my receipt and earned point history is missing. Also, nowhere to provide my feedback about the problem.

The app is missing some options that you can get when you sit down and order at a location .. - does not allow French dressing as an option .. this is available at the Oshkosh WI location which we've ordered many times - there is no option for extra lettuce for a Simply Grilled Chicken Salad (or any other salad for that matter) - no place to add special requests or instructions .. for example .. a special request to keep the chicken seperate from the salad ..
Big bug... One of the big things about Red Robin is being able to order extra fries included with your order when you're in the restaurant. for whatever reason you cannot choose that option within the app. it shows up but will not let you select it. that's a big bug. this needs to be fixed. it's not right that I'm trying to place an online order and can't order the extra fries that is available
The app is fine for ordering, but recently it won't apply my $10 rewards. The only way I can use the rewards is to order online. I contacted tech support, and the only thing they suggested was ordering online. Kinda obviates the need for the app. If they fix it, I'll give more stars
