On 2nd May 2026 I booked my ticket from redbus from Gonda to Delhi the bus arrived and departed on the correct time but it's broken down in between and GOLA BUS didn't help to allocate a new bus at 02:00 AM , I'm on a highway and with no clue when I will reach my home (Delhi), then after sometimes one bus is came which is LAXMI HOLIDAYS I instantly book my seat by giving 1300 rs and before that I spoke with RED BUS they told me that you will get refund . . but no refund yet

redbud does not take any responsibility after booking and once payment is done. the buses listed are also very bad and unhygenic

extra charges
Payment system is like cheating...show 1520 and deducted ₹1596....76 ₹ more without any information which is purely cheating service. Next I will never prefer this cheater Ghanshyam Travel
Worst service from RedBus, especially their customer support. Please don’t use these kinds of apps. The management response is also very poor. Extremely disappointing experience.
Very poor refund policy. They took 15 days to process the refund.
FRAUD people. Your coupons never reflect the actual discount, which is way less. Add to that GST and other charges which no local agent charges. Complete frauds

Very disappointed with my travel experience in 30 April 2026 with Seshadri Travels (SSD). AC is not working properly. When we asked the driver, he simply said it would take time to fix, but no proper response or support was given. Passengers are suffering because of this issue. Also, RedBus customer care is not responding properly. Customers are paying full ticket charges, but the service provided is very poor. In the RedBus app, the bus images and fitness documents shown are completely differ

While booking it is showing to use the red bus wallet balance but it is not used while paying
Hi sir, when is the live track on your app, but the live track comes at 3 o'clock after the bus starts. That too is only for 3 or 4 hours. Also, there are no offers.
