I have booked jabbar bus today that is 29-06-2026. they are realy pathetic , I could have missed my bus. firstly they halted at an operator station for washroom and then even bother to check weather all the passengers are board or not ... they literally flew away .. when I asked they directly saying we don't bother who is board and who is not board .. the crew is so bad.. they are not supportive .. slrt of that they are loading additional luggage in the bus..... jabbar is pathetic..

I had booked tickets for my 2 aunts, both at the age of 55+, they were at the bus stand before the boarding time.. the app has only one boarding point that says 'highway' and usually the conductor calls and asks from which stand we have to board, ik this because I travel often. But this time the conductor didn't even bother to connect the passengers who had already done the reservation. It's the conductor's responsibility to make sure he at least once connects with reservation passengers.

FAKE APP and FAKE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.Please be aware they didn't give driver contact number some time and if bus will leave before time and from different route.You can't able to contact them and you can't able to contact driver.Finally you will loss your bus. Fully fraud system.This app is fake.
worst service, bus delays, no proper reasons, rude behaviour by staff, even the app doesn't care after the booking, I just deleted my account and un installed the app

Terrible Customer Support - No Refund for Cancelled Trip Extremely disappointed with redBus. I booked a ticket, but the operator cancelled the entire trip. Despite the cancellation being their fault, redBus has not issued my refund. To make matters worse, their customer support is non-existent. You can't reach a human-only a useless chatbot that keeps repeating the exact same automated responses on a loop. Avoid this app if you value your money and peace of mind
