I am iraqi user. My account was suddenly labeled as a "violating account" without any specific explanation, and several features are now restricted. During the appeal process, you never answered it , I am unable to complete this verification. I hope the platform can clarify the reason for the violation and provide a proper verification solution for international users.

Very bad experience,my acc got freezed withing 24 hours and they didn't provide any proof of me breaking any terms. And they still haven't give any responses after I reported the problems.
my app is new and it took me 2months before i had registered. registration is tough. then after 1 momth i was flagged as violation. although i dunno what violation i did. there was no explanation whatsoever.

It's difficult to use, especially if you want to see what you want because a code is required even if the code isn't sent to the number.
2/3 or SMS codes don't arrive and the ones that arrive don't let me login. so I never got past login screen.
I am Canadian and have been in Rednote over a year and a half, sudenly got banned and asked to verify. There is no way for a foreinger to verify with our ID's... WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME...
This app sucks. It's been a while since I logged in, and I changed my phone. Lost the data, but the point is I tried to recover my account and I put in my red id it's says incorrect. I wish this can be patched up.

i was banned for no reasons. i just scroll and watch some arts and make up, yet i was banned and i don't know what the heck is triggering the automatic ban.
Very terrible customer service experience. My account got suspended and they don't even care to explain the reason for my suspension, giving monotonic replies, avoiding all my feedback messages and even blocked me. The contents of this app are generally good, but it's so non user-friendly.

NOT a welcoming community. I remember the first time I got on this app I got many rape and death threats for posting something I didn't know was considered bad, instead of being given an explanation. I had posted a couple My Hero Academia videos that one time TIKTOK was banned for a day, not knowing that there was controversy surrounding it with Chinese and Japanese history. I had logged out for the day after posting it and the next day I got disgusting comments. Deleted my account after that

I enjoyed this app previously when it was mostly Chinese. I enjoy seeing what life is like in China and seeing Social Media from a different perspective. It was my break away from Toxic Western social media like Tik Tok and Instagram. But lately their moderation is nonexistent and the low quality/low effort trash is appearing on Rednote. I tried everything for the algorithm to not show me Western content but because my IP is US based it assumes that's what I want to see. Deleting my account!
