this app is inconsistent with purchases when I linked it to my Google account and my phone broke whenever I got my new phone all my current in app purchases were lost all my coins my gems and VIP access my deals everything was all deleted and was not restored about 720 coins 1800 gems and and about $50-60 spent all lost I am highly upset and want a refund

Ads are out of control, good shows but you need to watch a ad ever minute or two, then after 10 ads you have to watch 3 ads ever couple minutes otherwise pay a lot of money to stream it.

from a two star down to a one star, this app just gets worse and worse! no improvement whatsoever! now in order to watch an ad it required me to download an app for a pdf, an app of which I need to pay for! this app makes no sense
I just want to get a weekly subscription but it keeps erroring out so I can't.

Do not use, i never subscribed, ive cancelled my account, deleted the app and removed my card from my google app store and i have money taken from my account. I want this cancelled now! I will be reporting this as a scam app.
The stories themselves are good but having to watch an advert every minute is ridiculous. The fee to unlock this is far to high.
Couldn't get it to work. Said there was a problem with my network settings. Literally all of my other apps are working fine.
I cannot afford this app. each episode is about 30 seconds to 1 minute and then it wants coins. each reel is about 60 episodes. its 1000 coins for $10. thats 16 episodes. that about $40 per reel. good luck
your charging me for a weekly subscription I did not agree to and there is not history of subscription in Google play. your scamming people money and over charging for services
aweful! DO NOT USE! watched for a week, paid for a week and cancelled the subscription. i am now at 65 bucks takin out of my account and no one seems to know how or why... i cancelled it... yet it continues to bill me and i dont get the services either. SCAM!

Your ad on Facebook said that after watching a few ads, the entire "Not the Bride He Wanted" series would be unlocked. I watched at least 10 ads before the app asked for me to pay in coins or wait for another episode to unlock. FALSE ADVERTISING!
Look like its impossible to cancel. I contacted all possible ways to make sure I canceled the subscription but they still charging me.

will not let you cancel. just keeps charging you every week. This is the type of thing that makes people NEVER come back and be a patron ever again. now I'll have to change my card number. If i could give a negative star, i would certainly do so.

there is no way to cancel your subscription, its not even showing in my subscriptions, I have sent emails telling them to cancel and then today they DOUBLE charged my card!

2 stars cuz the stories so far are good but they do everything they can to make you buy coins, $200/yr for stories? no. $14/m for stories? no. I understand the watch ads to unlock stories thing and that's fine BUT limiting the ads? seriously? and the clips definitely fit the app name because they're REAL SHORT. (lmao) I'm okay with watching an ad to unlock a clip but I can't get over limiting me to 10 ads at first, then waiting 14hrs just to get 5 more, then making me wait 24hrs? That's rude 😭

I love the stories. I hate the way the business operates. I've emailed customer service and all I hear is excuses for why they can't refund me even though I know I deserve the refund. If you won't practice business in a way that builds a loyal fan base, you get a bad review. If your system won't do a refund that your customer legit deserves, get a system that does!
