it's a good app when it works
I have worked on the PM side of software development for 18 years. I have a lot of experience in QA and UAT. Clearly this update was not adequately tested on Android devices before being pushed to production. Having gone through the Google and Apple app submission process many times, the delays can be frustrating waiting on approval, but a healthy Software Development Life Cycle should not produce an app killing bug. Just can't happen. Reputational Risk - not looking good.

app won't even open. reframe emailed users and blamed google. real mature. at least offer people a refund if we're not able to access it for days on end.

everytime I open it, it's crashes iv tried clearing the cache and uninstalled a reinstalled and it still won't work I'm gonna have to cancel my subscription
I signed up for the free 7 days and on the second day the app keeps crashing, saying due to a bug.

Downloaded the app and paid for a subscription for a month but have been unable to open the app for nearly a week now because of a bug that had not been updated. that is despite me getting repeated, now very annoying, notifications to check in. fix the bug and/or redund my subscription!

Good until it wasn't. I signed up & was using the Free 7‐Day trial & was anticipating paying the yearly membership fee. I had been using the app each day to log progress & see other features it offered & was pleased with the app. My year- membership money was charged today & I even got a notification stating I hadn't logged my info for the day. So I went to sign in & now the app won't load at all & says it has a bug. Seems suspicious the app stopped working the day money was collected.

purchase a year subscription not the app doesn't work. contacted support and no reply. Requesting a full refund. It now says Reframe has a bug and developer needs to update.

they send you a million emails talking about discounted rates for a limited time.... Then after taking your money and downloading the app it just kicks you back to the app.And every time you send in a request for support , it closes the app. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
I can't open it since the new update this morning. it's saying it has a bug still. I had to disable this app because it was causing issues on my phone. I paid $49.99 for this service and now I can't use it. How do I get my money back and cancel? I'm starting to get very irritated!! I have downloaded this app twice now, a few months apart, but have never been able to use it as the code sent to my email adress never comes through, not even filtered to spam. There is no alternate way of receiving thisncode or indeed registering/logging in. Disappointing.
